Nous avons trouvé l’emplacement très bien de la maison dans un endroit très calme. Cependant, l’équipement de la maison ne correspond pas à une location pour 10 personnes, En effet, on ne peut pas se doucher en même temps car sinon l’eau chaude se coupe.Il n’y a pas de wc séparésLa cuisine n’est pas équipée pour 10 et surtout la propreté de la cuisine devrait être totalement revue. Le lave vaisselle est vieillissant. Surtout l’intérieur des placards est sale il faudrait rajouter de la vaisselle comme par exemple des saladiers.Les jouets de plage et raquette de ping-pong sont cassés. Sinon la maison est agréable et grande. L’arrivée et le départ très bien aussi.

Tres beau cadre.tranquille.avril 1er occupant d ou odeur de moisi dans toute la maison. Besoin d aerer bien avant . point negatif l équipement de la cuisine ne correspond pas pour 1 groupe de 10 personnes. Équipements a changer plaque, four incomplet,table interieure trop petite pas de rallonges pour 10 personnes c est 1 peu galerepetite.

Lovely villa

Great outside space with plenty of room in the pool and the garden. The living area / kitchen are a bit small which wouldn’t usually matter however we had a day of rain so bear this in mind if you will be spending time inside the villa. The fridge could have been cooler and struggled at times to keep our food cold. Great location near a beautiful beach, the only drawback for us is that there weren’t many restaurants nearby that catered for the wide range of tastes in our group - children, vegetarian and someone who doesn’t like seafood! If you’re planning to spend a lot of time at the villa though for your meals this doesn’t matter. The nearby supermarket is good for basics although expensive so it would be handy to have a car to do a bigger supermarket shop however we went to Eroski on the bus and got a taxi back with the shopping. All in all a good holiday and communication with Menorca Select was excellent - they were only a WhatsApp away.

Parfait

Emplacement idéal pour vacances entre amis. A côté de la mer, du village de binibeca. Le jardin est très agréable, clos avec la piscine sécurisée pour les enfants! La maison a une situation géographique idéale: à proximité des spots à voir ! Le lave vaisselle serait à changer .

We loved it.

This is a great house with everything you need for a holiday. What made it for us was the garden and the location - a short walk to the beaches, the jumping rocks and the restaurants. We would highly recommend it.

Family Get-together Holiday

We took our 3 sons and 4 grandchildren to Villa Jarama and we all enjoyed staying there, the children from 18 months to 11 years old especially enjoyed the swimming pool. The villa was very clean and all the equipment we had requested was there including the travel cot which was set up for us. The location was good, we could walk to the local shops in 10 minutes and the beach was only a 15 minute walk away. We had several barbecues during the week and used the outdoor table for all our meals and also the outside seating area and sun loungers were great. Sonia at Menorcaselect was very helpful in answering all my queries as this was the first time I had book a villa. We all enjoyed the holiday and will be definitely going back to Menorca.

Lovely villa in a lovely location!

Had a wonderful week! The villa had everything we needed & more. It was a lovely touch that travel cots were set up & made ready for our little ones. Also the addition of beach towels was handy too. The outside space is lovely, the children of all ages thoroughly enjoyed the pool. If I had to find a couple of things- the fridge could do with being colder & we had some ants in the kitchen, both resulting in us throwing food out. Not the end of the world but annoying just the same. The location is great with shops/bars nearby. Some lovely restaurants all in walking distance too. Would not hesitate to go back as found Menorca & this area to be very child friendly.

Villa in Binibeca

The villa had a beautiful garden, great seating areas and a good sized pool. The children enjoyed playing table tennis! It’s location was great for both beach and restaurants. We had everything we needed for a family of 8. We emailed to request that the 5th bedroom be made up and that we receive a welcome pack but this didn’t happen. However, when we rang to ask for bedding; they came very promptly. Overall, a great service - thank you!

Fin beliggenhet, fint uteområde, for trangt inne til 12 personer

Beliggenheten var fin, uteområdet med basseng og terasse var veldig bra. Gangavstand til flott badestrand. Hyggelig mottakelse fra representanten fra Redorka, Andres Armengol,som responderte godt på alle spørsmål og henvendelser. Etter vårt syn er dette huset altfor lite til 12 personer. Vi var heldige som hadde fint vær og trengte ikke oppholde oss inne på dagtid. I utgangspunktet var det soveplasser til 10 pers., og vi betalte for 2 ekstrasenger. Et av soverommene hadde køyesenger og var beregnet til 2 personer. Dette rommet var svært trangt, hadde ikke aircondition og manglet myggnetting foran vinduet slik at man ikke kunne ha vinduet åpent om natten. Med de temperaturene vi hadde under oppholdet var dette rommet nærmest ubrukelig. Vi tok dette opp med Redorka, men de fant ingen løsning i løpet av vårt opphold. Det burde vært et skikkelig soverom til og et ekstra bad til når man leier dette huset ut til 12 personer. Slik huset er i dag er det fint for 6 - 8 personer. Kjøkkenet var litt trangt, stekeovnen fungerte ikke (bare grilleffekt) og en av platene på koketoppen var ikke i orden. Når heller ikke grillen ute fungerte optimalt begrenset det mulighetene for å lage mat selv slik vi ønsket. Også dette tok vi opp med Redorka uten at de fant noen løsninger på disse tingene. Vi hadde tre relativt små leiebiler, men porten var svært trang, så selv om det i utgangspunktet var plass til i hvert fall 2 biler innenfor gjerdet var det vanskelig å manøvrere biler inn pga. kort avstand til husveggen. Dermed ble de stående ute i gaten. Vi tillater oss å foreslå at man utvider porten noe. Oppsummert hadde vi et bra opphold med fint vær og gode opplevelser, Menorca var en spennende øy. Villa Jarama var et fint hus med et fint uteområde, men vi følte oss noe "snytt" av størrelsen på huset og de manglene som er nevnt ovenfor.

A spacious, well-equipped villa in a convenient location for beach and restaurants.

A lovely well-equipped villa with plenty of space and a good-sized pool and garden. Useful outdoor seating area and roof terrace. Slight traffic noise from the main road but not a major problem. Nice touches such as toiletries and a bottle of bubbly left for us. A good location for getting to both Binibecca Vell in one direction and the excellent restaurants of Cala Torret in the other. Good customer service from Menorca Select and Redorka.

Great holiday in Binibeca

Had a great holiday. Villa very comfortable even for our large party ranging from 78 down to age 6. Pool great and amazing to be able to use it when we wished, Air con a real bonus as it was very hot during our stay. Great outdoor space and enough room for people to be able to do "their own thing" Staff from the Redorka office very helpful and courteous. Would recommend a car if anyone in your party has any issues with mobility as its quite a long walk into Binibeca Vell in the summer heat. A lovely stay .

Perfectly presented villa

Excellent service from start to finish from Menorca Select and Redorka, who are the local company that maintain the villa. We were allowed to check in slightly early and everything was perfect, clean and as described. Look forward to returning!
