Oceanfront Ground floor Corner Unit 2bd/2ba #1 Location

Recently updated condo, this is the closest unit to the beach and pool with NOTHING between you and the beach. Located on the ocean side of the building in the ground floor corner unit, only steps to the beach or pool. The sunsets are incredible here. This is a great unique unit that you will have to see to believe. These pictures are taken from our unit. There is a second kid friendly pool, great for even the youngest ones, with 9 in. to 4 ft. depths. Parking close, just steps from the condo.

The host and his wife were very accommodating and quick to respond when I had a question. The condo was excellent. Had a complete kitchen, coffee maker takes ground coffee not a keurig (which is fine), beds were extremely comfortable, bathrooms were spacious, million dollar views from every window BEACHFRONT! Very clean and comfortable stay. Parking is very close. Restaurant onsite. Would love to come back!!

Jim was very welcoming and communication was great! Condo has plenty of beach equipment to use. Kitchen was fully stocked with anything you need to make a meal at home. The unit was the closest to the ocean only steps away from the patio.

Can you say location, location, location! Just imagine opening a huge sliding glass door & the beach being just a few steps away! Along with the pool & the restaurant. Beautiful sunsets. I would definitely book this unit again.

Had a great time. Owner is responsive. View of ocean from all rooms. Conveniently located on the ground floor which is great for families with small children. Steps away from the ocean, pool, hot tub and a toddler pool. Well-equipped kitchen with all the amenities. Just a short walk from great food trucks, fabulous restaurants and a grocery store.

Jim and Linda’s place was just incredible! I was afraid the ground level would not be the best for ocean views, but I sure was wrong! We saw whales, dolphins, and turtles all from our lanai. The convenience of being ground level with kids and with my dad along was perfect! Literally steps to the beach, the pool, and the poolside restaurant. The unit had everything we needed, including kids toys, beach chairs, backpack cooler, binoculars (which we used a lot!), stocked kitchen, etc. We fell asleep to the sounds of the ocean every night. The hosts were gracious and allowed a late check out as well since our flight was not leaving until late. Book this room! Mahalo to Jim and Linda! We hope to be back!

Can’t we just stay forever?

Wow, what an incredible week. The location of this condo is absolute perfection. Close to the beach and pool, coffee on the lawn while whale watching every morning. It was perfect with our group of 4 adults and a child, we could all come and go from the condo easily and do the pool or ocean easily. All of the beds were comfy, even the pull out in the living room. The only bummer was that the dryer wasn’t working and no one ever came to service it so we weren’t able to do laundry, which was a big part of our decision to book this condo, but we made due. Want to start the week all over again. Mahalo!

Location, Location, Location!!

What an amazing location. This has to be the best unit within the Ashton Kanapali Shores or any other resorts for that matter. We were two families with 3 small kids (2 and under) and hence worked out great. The kids had ample space right outside the unit to play in the grass, with the birds and we did not have to plan ahead to be near water as we were right there. The two trees outside give a nice gateway view and it was a common spot for people to take pictures so it felt we were right at a viewpoint location! :) There is a combination of rocky shores and a small sand beach, but it was also a pretty good location to snorkel. The unit also comes with most kitchen amenities you'll ever need along with kids toys and water gears that came in handy for self snorkelling. Finally, the owners made it a very seamless experience before we arrived and we never had any issues to have to contact them during our stay. Would definitely stay again if we come back. Highly recommend for folks with kids as well as for a more relaxed experience.
