Good location, property is perfectly adequate, garden could do with imrpoving, all in all a very enjoyable stay and only 20 to 30 mins away from the centre of Bordeaux.

Très bon séjour dans cette location. Propreté, literie confortable. Un petit point négatif étant l'accessibilité à la baignoire et le fait qu'il n'y est pas de chauffage dans la salle d'eau extérieure.

Un gîte assez atypique, mais sympathique

Le gîte est dans un ancien bâtiment rénové. Il est situé sur un immense terrain, parfait si vous avez un chien. On y trouve des balançoires pour les enfants, tout le nécessaire pour être dehors (banc, table de jardin, barbecue, etc.). A l'intérieur, l'enchaînement des pièces est un peu étrange, mais l'intérieur est très vaste. Il y a deux salles de bains, trois très grandes chambres. La chambre des enfants est en plus garnie de nombreux jeux. Bien que le bâtiment soit proche de la route, le passage n'est pas énorme et ne nous a pas gêné. Nous reviendrons sans doute dans ce gîte.

Charme d'une jolie batisse ancienne tres bien située pour les visites de la region bordelaise

Séjour très agréable dans une jolie villa. Vastes pièces à vivre, grand jardin , charme de l'ancien. Attention la seule salle de bains commune se situe dans une chambre (pas très pratique ...) et la salle d'eau est inacessible à la mi-saison (elle se situe à l'extérieur de la maison et elle n'est pas chauffée..). Maison à réserver plutôt en période estivale et en famille.

Idyllic and mundane

When we arrived at the house we were able to watch some deer playfully enjoy the ground. That's what we also did. We enjoyed the great house and its fine equipment as well as the wonderful garden/park. It's a perfect spot to explore the wineyards south of Bordeaux and to visit the city itself.

Prachtig oude woning met een schitterend modern interieur met heel veel smaak ingericht. Een echt aanrader om de wijnstreek en de bezienswaardigheden aan de kust en in Bordeaux te bezoeken.

Great stay in beautiful house!

We really liked it, as it's near Sauternes, Pessec-Leognan and Bordeaux. The house is spacious and fully equiped. The road near the house is very noisy. That's our only negative comment on this.
