Pool Villa near Cassis
New house of 2015 in course of finishes entirely closed and reassured located in the small village of Roquefort-la-Bédoule
My house consists of two bedrooms, a bathroom and a toilet upstairs and a large living room, dining room and kitchen on the ground floor
The house has a large garden with swimming pool, an outdoor lounge and a cabin and a trampoline so delight your children
A barbecue is at your disposal as well as sun lounger and sunbathing
The village of Roquefort-la-Bédoule is located less than 10 minutes by car from Cassis and La Ciotat and 20 kms from Marseille
Many shops such as a food, butcher, bakery are within walking distance of the house
The highways are close which will allow you to quickly get to Aix, Marseille or Toulon
