Very nice modern house, new, very bright and ideally located in a quiet area but close to all amenities (within walking distance).
Superb view on the back port of Treffiagat / Le Guilvinec, with a landscape changing with the tides.
The bedrooms and the bathroom are located on the ground floor and the living room upstairs with a large bay window open to the outside and access to a large terrace to enjoy the tranquility of the place and the view.
Other terrace in appointment accessible from the three rooms.

Starting point for many walks and Treffiagat is ideally placed to visit the TORCH and its surf beaches, PENMARCH and the lighthouse ECKMULH, BRIDGE ABBE, LOCTUDY, GLENAN ISLANDS, QUIMPER etc ....
