Family home available for rent with three bedrooms plus loft with sofa. Short walk to Lobsterville Beach and near Menemsha Pond. Access to Philbin Beach (with special pass) and other Aquinnah Beaches (public access pass). Works best for two families with four children. Fully winterized. Weber Grill, Outside Shower. Overlooks Vineyard Sound to the Elizabethan Islands. Outside porch with table. Tx.
