The villa has two levels.

Ground floor: living-dining room with a large fireplace, kitchen, bathroom and 3 bedrooms.
The master bedroom, equipped with a double bed (140 X 190), has an adjoining private bath and toilet. The second chamber has a double bed (140 X 190). The third chamber comprises three individual bed (90 X 190).

Facilities: washing machine, dishwasher, oven, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, gas, mobile barbecue lights, stereo with turntable, DVD / CD player, flat-screen TV.

Sheets not supplied towels.

The lower level is a bedroom with double bed (140 X 190) and a bathroom with a toilet, a large garage and a boiler-laundry. This room is completely independent from the rest of the house with its own entrance.

Available are two garden tables with their chairs, large parasol, table tennis.

The villa is built on a plot of 1000 m2, well wooded with pine heaths.

The nearest beach is Moulleau located 15 minutes walk. The Moulleau also has shops, restaurants, equipped with Wi-bar and a pier with a public maritime link Arcachon or Cap Ferret in summer.
