*For all stays 10 nights or longer, the cleaning fee will be double the regular amount for a deep clean after guest departure.*

*If there is an amenity that is out- of -order that is advertised in the Home’s listing, that is not available to you due to unforeseen circumstances. A 10% reimbursement of the base rate will be offered as compensation*

*No pets allowed, fines and cost of cleaning will be applied to the reservation upon finding evidence of pets.*

-No Smoking on the property: Evidence of smoking will carry a fine of $500.00
-$35.00 for not departing the home at the designated time of departure.
-$50.00 for each additional half hour after the first hour.
-Items left at home wanted to be shipped back to owner: Cost of shipping +$50.00 flat fee
-No Parties: We have a strict "No-party policy". Fine of $1000.00 and guests will be asked to depart from the home immediately.
-If early check in is available, it is $150 to check in after 1 pm. If late check out is available, it is $150 to check out at 1pm.

-$25.00 for not departing the home at the designated time of departure. $35.00 for each additional hour after the first hour.
