Oportunidad de invierno Snowbird

Herron Bayou Observe a los pelícanos zambullirse en el anzuelo, los delfines aparecen en el Bayou en nuestra pequeña cala privada. Use el kayak o el runabout Lowe de 12 'para explorar el pantano o la bahía de Perdido. El dormitorio principal está en el 1er piso. Todo está incluido, sábanas, toallas. Utensilios de cocina, sartenes, platos. Entorno muy privado en el patio trasero. Encimeras de granito y pisos de vinilo de lujo ... muy fáciles de mantener limpios. ¡Qué manera de pasar el invierno! Casi lo olvido, traiga su bote o motos de agua. Mantente en el muelle. La rampa para botes está a 1500 pies de la casa. Mientras esté de vacaciones aquí, viajaremos por el país en nuestra casa rodante. ¡Disfrutemos nuestras vacaciones juntos!

Great communication and for us great and comfortable location. Appreciated beach towels for pool (used our own when we went to Johnson Beach.). Boat was a nice plus as our local son is very familiar with area waters and piloted us around. Pet friendly allowed daughter to bring her tiny dog.

We had a wonderful stay! Dan is an AMAZING host! He answered any questions we had & was very informative about the area. By the end of our trip, it felt like we were saying goodbye to a friend. The house was clean & well stocked with everything you could possibly imagine! We really only needed to bring our clothes & personal items. It honestly felt more like we were staying at a family member’s home than a rental. The boat was definitely one of our favorite parts of the trip! Dan provided a laminated map with recommended restaurants, beaches & other places to explore, so it made it easy to plan our days on the water. The pool was a huge hit as well! We appreciated all the extra touches, including plenty of beach towels, pool floats, extra sheets & blankets. We also loved that the property is fenced in & dog friendly.We made a lot of great memories here and can’t wait to stay again!

This is definitely a unique rental. Having access to a pool and a pontoon made this trip one that my children and grandchildren will never forget. Dan was so accommodating and we appreciate all he did to make our trip enjoyable!

Patty your stay was as good as an owner can expect. You left my personal home super clean. Oh and the pontoon I thought you didn't use it it was as clean as it was when you took possession. But then you did what is right and I am so appreciative. You knew you were supposed to leave a gas tank full ... I put in almost 28 gallons. Darn near empty. If you had gone out again without putting gas in you would have run out of gas 😭 Not fun BUT, I do have Sea Tow to get you home. Summing up I wish anytime a large family like your was as considerate of their stay. Many are not .... Thank You Thank You Patty

Dan was a helpful host and easy to get ahold of when needed. The property was perfect for my family and guests totaling 6 people. My son and his two friends were able to share one room together in celebration of their upcoming high school graduation. The bunk beds in the queen bed suite along with the couch and large TV was perfect for them.My husband is an avid fisherman and enjoyed the use of the pontoon. He caught a variety of fish which we fried up on the BBQ. It's a very peaceful and charming home to enjoy your morning cup of tea on the back porch while watching the water and birds.

Everything we needed was supplied. Property was clean, peaceful and if we didnt want the sand, we just stayed at the house and swam at the pool.

Family time in Pensacola

The property was perfect for our family visit and Thanksgiving with our son stationed at NAS Pensacola. It was a quiet home close to base. This is a comfortable home that is cozy and also big enough for our whole family to just be together.

Dan was a great host. The house was was just nice as advertised and the location was great! But what put the rental over the top was the boat! Aside from some shopping we spent most of our time split between the boat and the pool! I grew up driving boats on Midwest lakes and rivers and felt completely comfortable driving the boat around the area. Dan was extremely helpful going over the boat and the area. The boat has a nice gps system that was easy to use and always got us home. That along with the cb and the SeaTow information provide peace of mind just in case something were to happen! When Dan says you can have your own dolphin cruise he isn't kidding! The first night I started going up the river and we spotted a couple near the mouth that we followed around for a while. They started popping up everywhere we went! Coming back from Perdido key they were popping up through most of the no wake zone.The pool and back porch was where we spent most of our time at the house. The aerator kept the pool comfortable during the hot July days and the patio furniture and grill made a nice outside living area. Also the game room was great right there which got a lot of use!Overall, a great vacation!

Greg When I found my home 28 years ago, I felt I had died and gone to heaven. At 80 years old I feel it is time to share my home and the experience that a person like yourself can have here. I settled in Pensacola because in this location where my home is different water trips that can be done ... Bottom line you never can run out of beautiful adventures. You gave my wife Goosebumps when I read your review to her. We love having anyone that gets a trip and enjoyment like you had. Come back again someday.

Home away from home

There were a few hiccups when we arrived but the owner quickly ironed them out. The place is cozy and set in a nice quiet neighborhood. Close to everything, groceries, beaches, entertainment and of course come back and chill by the pool side and bbq or play games. I definitely would recommend and look forward to returning!!!

Perfect vacation

We had a wonderful stay at this awesome property! Dan was very accommodating and did everything possible to make sure we had a good time. We enjoyed the pontoon rides to the beach, restaurants, and shops the most. We loved that he had everything easily mapped out for us while using the boat.The kids enjoyed swimming in the pool and playing games inside. This was a very memorable vacation for us!

Exactly what we needed!

The place is fantastic. A lot of neat stuff to do nearby, or just hang in the beautiful backyard and enjoy the house. Our 4 kids (2 to 11) jist loved it. From the game room, to the pool, to the man cave.. great home! Definitely looking forward to coming back!

Excellent location

Treasure Place 4U is in the perfect location. 6-8 minute drive away from anything that we needed. Close enough to the beaches yet far enough away for some quiet time with family. The little kids loved the pool. Our oldest and his grandpa loved fishing off the pier. Plus a fully stocked kitchen made cooking so much easier on the rainy days. Thanks for letting us stay!!

Dan was an amazing host, his home was well stocked with anything you might need. The backyard, pool and boat were great. Location was in a good area near to anything you would want to do. Had plenty of room where you could spread out. Majority of the time was spent sitting on the back deck enjoying the scenery. Will most definitely be on my list for 2025 family vacation. Thanks Dan for providing such an amazing stay.

Great vacation home

We loved the fact that so many things were included in this property. My family really enjoyed themselves. We loved the fact that there was a skiff, canoe and Kayak to take out and enjoy the bayou. The pool was amazing and the house was very clean, updated and had a home like feel to it. We loved the yard as well. Our two dogs really enjoyed the big back yard to run around, play and explore. We highly recommend this rental.

Dog Friendly, Responsive Owner

We found this house to be a good base camp to explore around the Pensacola area. Finding a house that was welcoming to our 2 dogs was a priority for us on this trip and this place fit the bill perfectly. Our teenagers loved the games (darts, foosball and air hockey) and were able to go canoeing right out the backyard. The owner was easy to communicate with and was quickly responsive to a couple of minor issues that arose during our stay.

Brian it was a pleasure meeting you. Having a boat to use is nice but what is even nicer is having a map and miles to reach all of the wonderful/beautiful things to do here by boat. So much of what I've mapped is only accessible by boat making a special one of a kind trip/treat!

Birthday party

Unfortunately wife and I couldn’t make the trip due to a medical emergency. My daughter and her family had a great time. Having a boat was the greatest benefit. They enjoyed boating and once back home granddaughter enjoyed the pool. She is definitely a water baby. The accommodations at the house were above and beyond. We will definitely be booking again.

Family Vacation 2023

Overall, we had a great time. The kids enjoyed the game room and we had plenty of room to spread out. Unfortunately, we didn’t get a chance to enjoy the pool because of the temperature but the deck was very nice. Having the bayou in the backyard was entertaining for our dogs who saw local wildlife. The property is located in a quiet neighborhood in close proximity to many beaches and the Foley outlet mall. Dan, the owner, was very courteous and responsive. We had a great time and can’t wait to come back!!

Quite the Experience!

From the viewpoint of a urban dweller, staying in a house on a bayou was an exciting and interesting experience. It far exceeded the beach side vacations we are accustomed to. The house was lovely, the owner was kind & responsive but the bayou was incredible. We saw gators (in the water & non-aggressive), heard loud singing frogs, saw lizards & really big water turtles. It was a great for kids & adults alike. Also, a short drive to the ocean and conveniences. If you are after a unique experience, this is it.

Relaxation

Dan’s home is a delightful, cozy and fun-filled home with plenty of indoor activities as well as out. We were able to bring our 3 dogs and the backyard is perfect for them to run around. The pool is clean and well-maintained as well as the rest of the house. The dock is perfect for casting and the boats are an added bonus. We feel like they really cared that we would have a relaxing time and the home is well-appointed with lots of special details. We appreciate all they did to make our stay comfortable. Thank you to Dan and his family!

Felt like I was truly a guest and the owner just happened to not be there…

The owner was so available as needed. In fact, he was so accommodating and available that he spent time on the phone with me answering questions I had about entering the Vacation Rental business. Having direct access to the Bay and fishing (via of the channel behind the house) was really a plus. Not to mention that a canoe, kayak and Jon boat were all available there for us. My son even just fished off the dock at times. Also, being able to come in and take a dip in the pool was really great! I can go on and on talking about this place but let just end by saying that “you will definitely be pleased” with all aspects of your stay if you choose this property…

Not what we hoped for..

No main floor bathroom except in the master bedroom. Listing stated TV in all bedrooms there wasn't. Owner showed up daily and/or drove by saying I'm checking on things. Owner showed up departure day at 8 am check out was 10 am he started cleaning yard and put chemicals in pool made us feel rushed.

I will never rent to this group again. My home was clearly stated for 8 people. It turned into a party home. At one time there were at least 14+ people staying at the house. The house is on a Septic System not city sewer. They broke the house rules. I should have canceled her stay immediately which was my right as the owner. Be aware if you violate the amount of people staying (house rules) you can be evicted immediately with no refund. due! My neighbor contacted me and complained twice about dogs and noise. Therefore I came and checked .. Twice there were 5 cars in the driveway. Certainly not the 8 guest allowed. These folks were the 1st people to use the newly installed pool. It needed careful monitoring in order to maintain a balanced, clean and sanitized pool since it was just being started up. They were aware of this.

Recently retired ready to see our great country! Bought our home 27 years ago. I have been a real estate broker here in Pensacola for 32 years. Retired now. I have never shown a better spot than the one I own. Why? Because on the days you want to use the boat but it's too rough, just go up either of 3 rivers and bayous. Always just perfect to use the watertoys unless it is raining. Don't forget to go to Ruby's fish camp up on the Perdido River. All my visitors had to to have me take them to Ruby's the quaintest most perfect backcountry riverfront bar. Your choice what pass to fish out of Perdido Pass or Pensacola Pass. From the dock it's 15 miles to the pass by boat. I have fished in the local waters and gone 35 miles offshore. Life has been great here. Oh just South of Blue Angel Navy Recreational beach is Tarklin State Park. The beach is accessible by walking or bike trail or by boat. It's like having your own private place to let to children swim or play with the water toys. LOVE IT! ... Google Maps IS WRONG! It should show that Heron Bayou is connected to Perdido Bay and anywhere else you may want to go by boat.

Anyone can vacation in a condo on the beach. At this home when you are in the backyard looking out at the water, you think you are in a Most beautiful wooded "Eden" You'll never want to leave. OH .. How private and quiet is it a night. In this home it is so simple to truly relax and unwind at night no matter what time of the year. I've lived her 27 years and yes it can be easy to take it all for granted but it's to peaceful a spot to forget something is natural is always happening to let you know WOW! You'll love messing around with the kayak or 12' skiff. or swimming in the huge 16x32 private pool. Watching the all the birds that come to our bird feeder. It is breathtaking! A Best little experience ... Take A Sunset Cruise on your pontoon boat for your use only. Oh ... for a unique treat try going to church Sunday's at the famous Flora Bama! It's non denominational. For 35 years I've shown real estate waterfront homes. My spot is the best period!

Less worry over parking. At this time, the only home within hundreds of miles that includes for your pleasure and exploration .. your own pontoon boat to use while you stay here. More peaceful, Safer, Firepit for drinks, music and conversation any night you choose right down by the water! Google Maps is wrong. It should show that Heron Bayou is connected to Perdido Bay and anywhere else you may want to go by boat.
