Private owner, our offer includes 3 adjoining apartments: LOU BAMBOU (l415424), CAP SUD (1415454). classified 4 STARS ****, by the Tourist Office of Sanary-sur-Mer, and TERRA COTTA (178360).

Our apartments are spacious and bright T2 located in the heart of the beautiful village of Sanary, on the ground floor south of a small luxury residence very recent, quiet and secure.
Access to apartments: 100% disabled.
Numbered parking space in the secure basement of the Residence.
Enjoyment of our private garden, a lovely green setting of 320 m2, exclusively reserved for the guests of our apartments. Very popular with children of all ages ... and their parents.

Free WIFI.

The Residence is located at the entrance of the pedestrian streets, everything is accessible on foot: port, marina, shops, boutiques, bars, restaurants, painting galleries ... and our market classified "the most beautiful in France"! Two beaches nearby (on foot). The others are further from the city center.

Each accommodation can comfortably accommodate 4 people.
Are you more numerous? Rent 2 or 3 at the same time!
PRICE (identical for the 3 accommodation): from 65 to 130 euros / night depending on duration and season. DISCOUNT for stays longer than 7 nights. As well as for group rentals (2 or 3 apartments). ESTIMATE established on request.

Each accommodation includes:
entrance hall, dining / living room, American kitchen, 1 bedroom, shower room (grab bar), separate WC (grab bar).
Terrace with dining table, chairs, armchairs, deckchairs, parasol.

- TERRA COTTA: 59 m2 + terrace 14 m2. Sleeping: 1 bedroom for 2 people, with a triple wardrobe. In the living room: 2 pull-out beds (90 x 190 cm).
- LOU BAMBOU (ad l415424): 55 m2 + terrace 41 m2. Sleeping: 1 bedroom for 2 people with a triple wardrobe. Plus 1 separate space with 2 bunk beds (90 x 190cm).
- SOUTH CAP (ad 1415454): 58 m2 + terrace 36 m2. Sleeping: 1 bedroom for 2 people, with a triple wardrobe. In the living room: 2 pull-out beds (90 x 190 cm).

Welcome baby: folding bed (60 x 120), high chair, bathtub, toilet seat reducer, plastic crockery. Small table with armchair.

Equipment :
New high quality bedding. Bed linen provided. (We prepare your beds before your arrival).
Appliances: fridge (192 L), freezer (98 L), dishwasher, ceramic hob, oven, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster…. Washing machine, drying rack, iron. Vacuum. Hair dryer.
Television (80 cm flat screen).

Free at your disposal on request: DVD player. Raclette service, pizza service, skewer and chicken dish, wok.

100% NON SMOKING (apartment, terrace, garden, common parts of the building)

Our friends the ANIMALS are NOT invited.

Vorab muß erwähnt werden, dass ich bereits seit 2004 regelmäßig nach Sanary reise und Ort und Umgebung sehr gut kenne. Soll heißen wir fahren da nicht mehr viel rum und machen in Sanary Entspannungs- und Strandurlaub. Die Wohnung liegt am Rande des "Gäßchenviertels", die Ecke rum der mairie. Man ist also direkt drin und zu Fuß ist alles erreichbar. Die Vermieterin ist eine sehr sympathische und liebenswerte Dame die uns herzlich begrüßt hat. Sie spricht übrigens sehr gut deutsch. Sie besitzt im Erdgeschoß des Gebäudes 3 Ferienwohnngen im EG. Die sind unterschiedlich groß, alle nach Süd ausgerichtet und haben alle eine schöne große Terasse. Von den Terassen geht es in den Garten. Es gibt im Garten sogar einen privaten Boule-Platz. Dazu gehört auch ein Tiefgaragenparkplatz pro Wohnung. Man kann das Auto also sicher abstellen und vergessen ;-) Wir waren 2 Wochen vor Ort und haben uns sehr sehr sehr wohl gefühlt. Merci beaucoup !!!

C'est tout bon

Idéalement situé en centre ville. Tous commerces à proximité. Quartier très calme et espace vert très agréable. Le garage sécurisé est un gros plus indéniable. Tous les équipements nécessaires soit à l'hygiène, soit aux plaisirs de l'estomac, il ne manque rien. Une note d'humour si il manque la cuisinière !!! L'accueil personnel de la propriétaire est chaleureux bon enfant les renseignements sont précis et concis. Je ne peux que recommander cette location, allez-y n'hésitez pas tout est très bien.

Schönster Ort an der Cote d Azur :-)

Perfekter Empfang durch die liebenswerte Vermieterin, die stets versucht, ihre Deutschkenntnisse anzubringen und zu erweitern. Geräumige Wohnung mit guter Ausstattung und ausreichender Ablagefläche. Weiteres Highlight für diese Region ist der Tiefgaragenparkplatz. Ich hatte ein E-Bike dabei, welches ich in der Privatgarage der Vermieterin unterbringen konnte. Hervorragende, ruhige Lage am Beginn der Fußgängerzone. Ich war vor über 20 Jahren bereits einmal in Sanary sur Mer. Der Ort hat nichts an seinem Charme verloren. Gute Boulangerie in ca. 250 m in der Fußgängerzone. Viele Grüße von Jerry und Rocky ;-)
