Located in a quiet yet convenient neighborhood, the home features an open floor plan and a lush, private backyard that feels like your own tropical tiki paradise. Enjoy the sparkling pool surrounded by vibrant greenery and complete privacy. Solar panels on the roof are grid-tied and produce more energy than the home consumes, making your stay both comfortable and sustainable.

The open floor plan and abundant windows fill the home with natural light and offer beautiful views of the backyard and pool. Room-darkening curtains in each bedroom ensure restful sleep, even if you want to sleep in.
The fully stocked kitchen is ready for your culinary creations—or you can opt for delicious takeout from the many great restaurants nearby.
In the backyard, you'll find our friendly resident tortoise, Tristan, who happily roams the space and requires no care—just your enjoyment!
Additional amenities include a washer and dryer, gas grill, shaded outdoor seating areas, an outdoor shower, and a convenient outdoor refrigerator for poolside refreshments.

Absolutely awesome!

This house is a hidden gem. Great location, close to many restaurants, bars and the beach. But nice and quiet and private. Jessica had a welcome treat for us and the house had everything we needed. We definitely will stay here again if we are in the area! Love this place💕

Fantastic home and hosts

This is a wonderful home with a lot of character and a great outside area (including pool) to hang out. We had a great trip and couldn’t have asked for better hosts. Extremely responsive to all questions and issues that arose. You can’t go wrong with this home and these hosts!

A perfect fit!

This house was the perfect fit for our family! Super clean, great style, easy check in and out, super responsive and accommodating host. She even offered to get a few groceries in the house for when we arrive - amazing! It was our first time at the Cardinals spring training, but not our last - we plan to stay here again!

Loved all of it

Everything was absolutely perfect. The house is full of Florida charm, the deck provided plenty of shade while my kids swam in the pool. The size of the house was exactly right for our family, we got a lot of quality time together and had our own space. We stay at a different house every summer and I think these were the most comfortable beds we’ve ever had 😂we especially loved the backyard, it was so comfortable and fun.

Perfect location. We are close to everything!
Our home is in a quiet family-friendly neighborhood.
The property includes a washer, dryer, gas grill, and outdoor shower, Adirondack chairs, and an amazing backyard chill spot equipped with a refrigerator and a custom-shaded sitting area!

What makes this property unique

The home was built in 1959 as housing for Pratt & Whitney employees. We love the open floor plan and many windows overlooking the private backyard. We use Florida-friendly landscaping and have Grid-tied solar panels that cover the roof. Our tortoise Tristan roams the backyard and it is fun to watch!
