Superb air-conditioned duplex apartment on the Old Port (Quai St Pierre), in the heart of Cannes, next to the Palais du Festival, the Croisette, the beaches and restaurants of Le Suquet ... all on foot in 2 minutes! Completely renovated in May 2018. A nice terrace without opposite, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 1 separate toilet, 1 fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, fridge / freezer, microwave, hob, Nespresso, kettle ....), Flat screen TV , Wifi with fiber free, connected speaker, safe, linens included with towels, sheets ... Great comfort and access by elevator. You get off the apartment and are at the foot of the beaches in 1 minute walk!
