Villa of 140m² on one floor with land of 1080m² fenced and planted with trees and its secure swimming pool awaits you for a quiet family holiday. It is located in a quiet area of ??Soulac and consists on the ground floor: a large living space with living room and dining room, an equipped kitchen, a laundry room, a bedroom with 1 bed 160cm and 2 single bunk beds 90cm, a second bedroom with a 180cm bed, a shower room and a WC. Upstairs: a relaxation area with its office area and sofa bed opening onto a balcony of around 25m², two bedrooms with 1 180cm bed, a shower room and a WC. Internet. German channels. Barbecue. Relaxation area around the swimming pool and games (table football, ping-pong table). Holiday checks accepted. Deposit to be paid on site.
