Located in the famous marine of Sant Ambroggio, 20 m from the beach, this holiday home offers a real place of relaxation.
Its large bay windows and its crossing stay, oriented north-south, offers a luminosity and a pleasant and convivial space. Its large terrace with outdoor shower and barbecue leads directly to the sea.
The interior of the house, consists of the generous volume of the living through, open on both terraces, the open kitchen, a master bedroom with bed 180, a bedroom with two beds 90, respectively integrating a closet with double wardrobe and shelves, a generous shower room with Italian shower and two sinks, a toilet with separate washing machine and a laundry area.

Traumhafte Unterkunft

Die Unterkunft liegt traumhaft direkt am Meer mit tollem Blick, wunderbarer Terrasse, geschmackvolle Einrichtung und hat wirklich alles, was man braucht. Für uns eine perfekte Urlaubswoche in dieser wundervollen Unterkunft. Und der Kontakt mit Florence war auch super und sehr nett.

Bel endroit pour la découverte de la Balagne.

Nous avons passé 2 semaines en mai 2023 dans cette petite villa idéalement située et correspondant totalement à nos attentes. L'annonce est conforme à la réalité. Le logement, récemment rafraîchi, est très fonctionnel. Communication et accueil parfaits avec Florence, très pro, à l'écoute et de bon conseil pour la découverte de cette belle région. Merci à elle. Nous y reviendrons .avec plaisir.

Parenthèse enchantée

Maison fonctionnelle au pied de la mer. Terrasse très appréciable, avec vue imprenable. Le mobilier de jardin est un peu rustique notamment sur l'assise. La cuisine mériterait un petit rafraîchissement. Hormis cela tout était parfait. Florence est très disponible et de bons conseils.

Chouette maison

Une maison très agréable avec de beaux volumes et une vue superbe sur la mer. Un peu cachée par la verdure malgré tout. Florence en charge de la maison est très réactive et sympathique. Seul bémol, certains équipements qui mériteraient d’être réparés.. nous retournerons malgré tout dans cette location quand ce sera fait ;)

Le calme de novembre

Dans un cadre arboré et entretenu, une maison très lumineuse, fonctionnelle et très agréable à vivre. Rien ne manque. Très bien orientée, avec une vue directe sur la mer, elle nous fait oublier que nous sommes dans un lotissement, et vraiment située à 20 mètres de la plage, nous avons été bercés par les vagues. L'environnement est juste magnifique. Merci à Florence pour son très bon accueil, sa disponibilité et tous ses bons conseils. Famille avec enfants de 10 et 18 ans

Lage war top, Ausrüstung ebenfalls.

Das Haus ist Ende Saison etwas müde und wird sich über eine Überarbeitung/Instandstellung freuen. Die Dame der Agentur war top, sehr unkompliziert und motiviert

Hervorragende Lage des Ferienhauses

Super Lage, das Haus zeigte an einigen wenigen Stellen einen kleinen Renovierungsstau, was auch von Florence mitgeteilt wurde. Diese Reparaturen sollten im kommenden Winter erledigt werden. Wäre nur viel besser gewesen, wenn wir es vorher erfahren hätten . Ansonsten war unser Aufenthalt in diesem Haus sehr schön und die Kommunikation mit Florence hervorragend.

Emplacement de rêve

Magnifique emplacement spacieux presque les pieds dans l’eau..., bon conseil de l’hote, une région à visiter, nous y reviendrons à coup sûr ! 2 adultes et 2 enfants .

Super Lage an einem herrlichen Ort

Wir haben uns in diesem Haus sehr wohl gefühlt. Direkt vor den Terrasse lag Meer, das zum Schwimmen und Schnorcheln einlud. Nach dem Aufenthalt im Wasser gab es eine Außendusche und Liegestühle mit Sonnenschirmen auf der großen Terrasse. Die Küche war sehr gut ausgestattet und die Dusche war go-in . Zu Fuß konnte man ins gute Restaurant vor Ort gehen. Florence war sehr freundlich und immer erreichbar. In unserem Zeitraum waren viele Häuser noch nicht besetzt, was nrtürlich auch sehr angenehm war.

Localisation parfaite

Florence et Candice ont été très disponibles déjà en amont de notre arrivée. L’accueil est chaleureux, les consignes et conseils sont claires et établies dans un book fourni au préalable. La maison est ancienne et certaines choses mériteraient un petit rafraîchissement ou des petites réparations. Celles-ci n’empêchent pas de passer un séjour agréable dans ce lieu magique, face à la mer à quelques pas d’une magnifique petite crique ou encore d’une plage à l’eau cristalline. La localisation est sans aucun doute le point fort de cette location puisqu’au-delà d’un cadre exceptionnel, elle est située entre l’île rousse et Calvi, non loin de plages aussi magnifiques les unes que les autres.

Magnifique séjour !

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. L'accueil est très chaleureux. La maison est bien entretenue et bien équipée. Ce qui nous a le plus plu est la vue magnifique et dépaysante sur la mer depuis la terrasse. Le quartier et propre et bien entretenu également. Je recommande cette location.
