Esta casa nativa personalizada fue construida para hacerte sentir como parte del área del río Frio y el Texas Hill Country. Mientras se sienta en el porche trasero, disfrute de la vista de la espectacular piscina y el valle del río ConCan. Esta casa es el lugar perfecto para pasar unas vacaciones familiares, entretener a compañeros de golf o reunirse con un grupo de amigos. Ubicado cerca de la música en vivo en House Pasture Cattle Co. y el río Frio, el Sweet Spot IS THE SPOT !! Esta casa de nueva construcción también cuenta con una cocina al aire libre con refrigerador adicional. Combinado con las comodidades modernas (TV de pantalla grande, WiFi, lavadora y secadora) y decoración rústica, este Lodge es la escapada perfecta al río Frio.

Summer 2022 trip

We all had a great time. The house was perfect and we had everything we needed to cook with and clean up with as well. Lay-out chairs would have made it even nicer to lay out by the pool but the chairs provided were nice too. Would definitely recommend this house for a fun family vacation.

Great location

The house was very spacious for my group of 17 people. We loved the outdoor area and the perk of parking being included at Frio country. This house is in the back of a cul-de-sac so you feel secluded from the other properties on the golf course. We would certainly book it again.

Sweet spot could have been sweeter if..

Dont let my title stop you from staying here. It was a beautiful home with plenty of room. We were there around New Years & it was very cold one day. There are no blankets for the beds, only a bedspread. We didnt find the upstairs thermostat, so the guest upstairs were overheating. There are pots and pans, dishes, & silverware, but no spices or pantry items. Lots.of lights with labeled switches but many bulbs were out. I would recommend the stay, but next time I will be more prepared.

There toilet and sink was clog the first day we got there but maintenance was called and there quick! Can’t wait to plan for next year!!!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have rented this home on 3 different occasions, from two different rental companies. It's always been excellent. We stay 6/7 each time. That is ALOT of money to pay and have problems. We will NOT be back to this home unless its taken care of. The pool was nasty the whole time. Drains were clogged inside. It needs updates desperately. The pool guy came and told me he left a net for me to clean it with. We paid almost 6000,00 dollars. I didnt pay that to clean a pool all week. He said we couldnt turn the skimmers on either. Pool had issues. We were very very dissapointed. Not with the rental company, the home.

Very roomy and beautiful inside and out. We all enjoyed the big pool and outdoor bbq pit. I am ready to go back and I would def chose this house again. River access not to far from home and it’s in a very safe community.
