Loblolly Lodge is an authentic log cabin, recently remodeled, and is just a few miles from DeSoto State Park. The cabin is non-smoking and pet-free, featuring a  kitchen, a natural slate shower with rain head, and sleeping for four with a queen bed in the loft and a queen pullout in the living room. Enjoy coffee on the back porch, where you might see wildlife. End your day in the freshly cleaned hot tub or by a fire under the stars. Nearby attractions include hiking, golf and horseback riding.

My wife and I stayed here for the weekend. We really enjoyed the cabin and the area. We especially enjoyed the hot tub. It is a very quiet and peaceful area. Even got to watch some deer feeding right behind the cabin while sitting on the porch. The host was very helpful with information about the stay. Everything was as advertised.

The hosts were absolutely amazing and very informative. The cabin was possibly the cleanest property I’ve ever stayed in. It was the perfect getaway spot for my husband and me. Such a charming little cabin.
