Garden & BBQ next to the Beach and the Center

Dana's house is located in the heart of a private residence, an oasis of peace a stone's throw from the Beach, a 7-minute walk from the old port where restaurants and bars offer many specialties on beautiful terraces by the sea.
The house consists of two floors with individual entrances. It is a charming building that has kept its "historic" and warm side.
The apartment is upstairs, finely decorated, has a large bright living room, a beautiful terrace with open views of the garden and the hill, two spacious bedrooms with views of the garden. Kitchen and bathroom have retained the character of the time. A stone barbecue in the garden is available. You can park the car right in front of the house.

Wonderful base for our quick stay in Nice. The AC worked well during a heat wave. The kitchen was well equipped for our breakfast and coffee. Location was great to walk to the port and Old City. Were able to park our car right in front of house. Host was excellent in welcoming us and helping us settle in.

An oasis in the city

A wonderfull place to rest after exploring the city or even just to relax a hole day long in the shady garden.Far enough away from the hustle and bustle to calm down, close enough to dive in, just perfect!The cozy apartment offers with its two bed rooms and a spacious living room enough space for a family with two kids, beside the garden it has a nice balcony and a chilling air conditioning.An extra star for Aurélie the wellcoming host, courteous and discreet at the same time… merci beaucoup pour tout!!!

Perfekt für unseren Urlaub

Wir waren bereits 3x in dieser Unterkunft und fühlen uns bei Aurélie schon ein wenig wie zuhause! Die Wohnung hat für uns alles, was wir brauchen. Total bequeme Betten - wir und die beiden Kinder schlafen jedesmal total gut und entspannt. Für die Kinder gibt es auch jedes Mal Spielzeug extra und auch bei Fragen oder ähnlichem hilft Aurélie gerne. Tolle Lage nahe dem Hafen, ruhige Gegend (Privatstraße!) mit Parkplatz direkt davor. Wir kommen gerne wieder 😀

Très bel appartement, bien équipé et à la décoration agréable. L’accueil d’Aurelie est très chaleureux et la localisation dans une voie privée donc super calme est top.
