Apartment of 60 m2 on the second floor with elevator, crossing, oriented East West; comprising: a living room with balcony overlooking a park, a kitchen equipped with dishwasher, oven, microwave, hob and a washing machine in the cellar; 1 bedroom with double bed overlooking the balcony, a second bedroom with two single beds, a third bedroom with a single bed; a bathroom with shower, sink and W. C. The entrance to the Residence is secured by an automatic gate and gives access to three car parks. The park has a bowling green and a children's playground.

The apartment is located 5 minutes walk from the beach of the Republic and the market which takes place three days a week. It is close to all shops with a supermarket 5 minutes, a doctor 2 minutes. You can leave your car at the car park and enjoy the sweetness of the CĂŽte d'Azur without the stress of traffic.

À l’arrivĂ©e, l’électricitĂ© ne marchait pas dans les piĂšces, par ailleurs, deux lampes de chevet ne marchaient pas.La salle de bain WC Ă©tait trop petite pour quatre personnes, et en mauvais Ă©tat L’aĂ©ration Ă©tant bruyante, il n’était pas possible d’allumer la lumiĂšre durant la nuit la literie manquait de confort La peinture de la terrasse et des volets, st’écaillant fortement il n’était pas possible de rester sur cette terrasse c’est tout Ah ben je vais ĂȘtre aussi ben bon.

Sabine l'hĂŽte qui nous Ă  reçu est trĂšs serviable, Ă  l'Ă©coute de vos besoin et disponible. L'appartement est spacieux pour 4 ou 5 personnes cela suffit. Si j'ai retirĂ© une Ă©toile, c'est juste que tout est un peu vieux. Les volets notamment qui sont compliquĂ©s Ă  remonter mais ils vont ĂȘtre changĂ©s. Les matelas sont dur. Point positif : la place de parking dans la rĂ©sidence. Nous sommes ravis de nos vacances Ă  FrĂ©jus. L'appartement est Ă  300m de la plage. La plage est super avec son allĂ©e de petites boutiques et de restaurants. FrĂ©jus et Saint-RaphaĂ«l sont accolĂ©s. Nous Ă©tions a 20 minutes Ă  pied de Saint-RaphaĂ«l oĂč nous y avons fait des sorties en bateaux. L'Aqualand et le Luna-park se trouvent Ă  10 minutes en voiture. Merci Ă  Sabine de son accueil.

TrĂšs bonne situation, appartement propre avec Ă©quipements nĂ©cessaires (lave vaisselle machine a laver etc), Sabine qui nous a accueilli est super Gros point negatif, pas de clim (nous le savions) mais qu un seul ventilateur pour trois chambre, nous avons eu extrĂȘmement chaud , un peu difficile pour notre fils de 2ans et demi. Sinon agreable sejour, parking sĂ©curisĂ©

Wohnung ist nicht neu aber sehr gemĂŒtlich eingerichtet. Super fĂŒr Familien. Sogar eine Waschmaschine ist vorhanden. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefĂŒhlt, Betten sind bequem, die Lage ist super. Kurze Wege zum Strand, zum BĂ€cker oder zum Einkaufen. Die Vermieterin war sehr nett und Ă€ußerst Hilfsbereit. Kommunikation ist notfalls auch auf englisch möglich Wir kommen sicher wieder!

Cet appartement est pratique et idéal pour une famille. Nous avons apprécié la proximité de la plage et des magasins, le marché tout proche et les animations nocturnes. L'appartement est bien équipé: machine à laver, lave-vaisselle, télévision etc... et facile d'entretien. Le parking de l'immeuble nous permets de faire le maximum de déplacement sans souci de garer la voiture ou de payer une place de parking. Je le recommande pour une famille!

Situation idéale à 2 pas de la plage

Nous Ă©tions une famille avec 3 ados et avons passĂ© une excellente semaine en cette fin de juillet. L'appartement est totalement conforme Ă  la description et c'est un bonheur d'ĂȘtre au cƓur d'une rĂ©sidence fermĂ©e et d'avoir accĂšs aux places de parking gratuite. Les 3 chambres sont un vrai plus pour une famille avec de grands enfants/ados. Quant Ă  la localisation, elle est absolument idĂ©ale Ă  2 pas (moins de 200 m) de la plage et les commerces partout alentours. Sans compter que le massif de l’EstĂ©rel et les alentours sont splendides ! Merci Ă  Jeanne-Marie, hĂŽte aimable et aidante, pour sa disponibilitĂ© et pour son accord pour une arrivĂ©e matinale !
