DETAILS: Just 3 doors down from the beach and directly across the Dunesider pool, this beautiful Watersound home is newly updated and in the perfect location! This house sleeps 12 and has 5 bedrooms and 5.5 bathrooms, including a carriage house.

The first floor opens up to a recently renovated kitchen and living area featuring stainless steel appliances and seating for 8 at the dining table. It also opens up to a courtyard and veranda in the backyard. The primary bedroom is down the hall which has a king bed and en suite bathroom with a separate soaking tub and walk-in shower.

An additional living room is upstairs as well as 3 more guest rooms, each with its own bathroom. The first room has a queen bed and the others have kings. There is also access via a spiral staircase to the lookout tower with direct Gulf views.

The carriage house has a king bed and twin trundle bed to fit 4 additional guests. It has its own bathroom and washer and dryer as well.

Family beach vacation with married adult children and 1 grand baby.

We had a wonderful week with our 3 grown married kids and first grandchild. We've been coming to Watersound for 10 years and this has been one of our favorite homes to rent. The proximity of the house to the beach and pool is fantastic especially with young children. We place a high premium on the comfort of beds and furniture. This home didn't disappoint. One minor recommendation would be to replace a few of the roasting pans/cookie sheets and service the dryer. It takes several cycles to dry the clothes. These aren't criticisms but would be an easy fix. We will very likely rent this same property again. Highly recommend!

Gorgeous home in the perfect location. Our family of 6 included 2 teens and 4 adults. 1 adult had mobility issues so the golf cart and close proximity to the pool/beach were a huge benefit. We have stayed in this community several times, and all agree this is our new favorite home. We would not hesitate to rent it again if a golf cart is included (sounds like that feature may end in 2022 which would be unfortunate). We had one minor issue during the week which 360 Blue was quick to remedy. Great service and an overall wonderful stay. Thank you owners for sharing your lovely home!

March 2020 Stay

We just returned from 5 days at Water Sound. We could not have been more lucky with the perfect weather we had for mid March Spring Break. My husband and I hosted 6 teenagers (our own and some friends) at 73 S.Founders The house gave us plenty of space to gather together but also gave us plenty of room to get away from each other. The location of this house was ideal. We enjoyed biking to Brunos Pizza and The Hub for dinner. However, 3 of the 5 bikes were in pretty rough shape and should be replaced if they are advertised with the house. The use of the golf cart was great for getting to and from the Beach Club. Due to the Corona Virus we were only able to spend 2 days at the Beach Club before they had to close. We loved their friendly staff and delicious food. It is a definite perk to staying with 360 Blue.
