1250 square foot 2 bedroom, 2 bath unit with sleeper sofa. Sleeps 6. Elevated, covered deck with ceiling fan and direct view of the Ohio River. Charcoal grill on outdoor patio. Everything is brand new - appliances, beds, furniture, etc. Mattresses are top of the line Simmons Beautyrest Silver Hybrid Barrier Lagoon Plush Mattress. It’s a great space with a beautiful view! There are a lot of places to walk to, and it’s a 20-30 minute walk to Louisville via the Big Four Bridge. Overall a great stay!

Perfect Location on Riverfront

We had a great stay in this riverfront property. Wonderful view from the balcony. Check in was a breeze. Owners were very responsive in messaging. It was clean, so well stocked, a really great space that has been renovated well. Seems like a good neighborhood with restaurants and bars well within walking distance. Very quick and easy access to Louisville and convention center. Would definitely stay again should I travels bring us this way. Thank you!

Waterfront views

The waterfront listing is accurate within the photos. The bedrooms are clean and the bed was comfortable. The rental has high ceilings and a nice, airy feel. Or stay was in December so, we really could not utilize the patio space but, the view was beautiful. We could see the bridges to the right And they were lit with Christmas Christmas lights that would change and move. It was very pretty. The neighborhood itself was a surprising find! Jeffersonville was extremely cute and truly had a lot to offer right there. We took advantage of it and ate not far from the property a couple of times. The red yeti was a stand out and the pizza place, parlor, was a good find. Then, just minutes away, could jump on the bridge and go over to Louisville to find yet a host of restaurants and fun shops and activities to do. This rental is a good, central location. The street was extremely quiet so we all slept very good.
