February at OV

We always enjoy our stay at OV. A couple concerns and suggestions. 1. The property was listed as Garden View. The Garden was 150 ft away. That was a little misleading. 2. There is an awful smell that comes into the unit when the sprinkler system sprays. Really bad. 3. The TV and Internet should be upgraded. TV sometimes just goes out for several minutes. The internet at times does not work. 4. The front entry gate is very frustrating. One day there were six cars waiting in the entry drive way and another six cars in the left hand turn in lane waiting on A1A. Why don’t you provide guests with bar code entry for guest cars? These are suggestion for improving. We will be back next year. Thanks!

Lloyd, Thank you for the five stars. We appreciate the suggestions, and aim for continuous improvement. I reviewed the pictures we have on line and we will post new photos of the view to give an accurate representation. We refer to garden view as opposed to ocean, or golf course, but your point is well taken. We are working with the association on a couple of the other issues. Currently they will only provide bar codes to guests staying over 60 days, and we agree they should be available for all residents. We had not heard the concern about intermittent internet and tv, and will look into the cause and what can be done. We are glad you enjoyed your stay and look forward to making your next visit even better.
