Pool home /Cozy getaway in Lake Havasu

Brand new backyard and pool! Walking in feeling as if you're at home! Cozy 3 bedroom 2 bath home with an open floor plan. Mountain views from the kitchen/dining/ living room windows make for some beautiful scenery. The entire home was just remodeled with all new furnishings from a comfy sectional couch; to a cal king pillow top mattress in the master bedroom as well as a queen in the 2nd bedroom and full/twin in the 3rd bedroom. Custom tile walk in shower in the master. Ceilings fans in each room. Quiet neighborhood where the property sits on a cul-de-sac with a long driveway and side parking. We are the corner lot which makes for a large parking spot below the home for boat or RV parking. We are located on the south side of town approximately 10 min from the marina and 10 minutes from the downtown area. **note that pool is not heated**

We've been a river and lake family for as long as we can remember. Now we're having a blast showing our girls the same traditions that were passed on from our parents! We're from Southern California but we try to get out to the water and desert as much as possible. The plan to buy a home In Lake Havasu has always been a dream of ours for the obvious love of the area and also having so much family living In city as well.
