Location of the villa

The villa is on the heights of the village of Anses d'Arlet in a residential and recent environment.



It enjoys a beautiful view of the sea and the village of Anses d'Arlet.



The Anses d'Arlet village is a fishing village remained quite authentic. It hosts beautiful beaches such as Grande Anse or Anse Noire. Snorkeling is quite rich at Anses d'Arlet and, with a mask and a little patience, you are sure to see turtles!

Built in 2019, the villa is spread over 2 levels.



The upper level includes:

- 1 air-conditioned master bedroom with private shower room. It is furnished with a king size double bed (180X200)

- 2 air-conditioned bedrooms each furnished with 2 single beds convertible into king size double bed (180X200)

- 1 second shower room

- 1 very well equipped kitchen

- 1 living room, open on the terrace, with sofa and television

- 1 large, partially covered terrace with a dining area and an outdoor seating area



The terrace hosts an outdoor shower and a beautiful infinity pool. It enjoys a beautiful view of the sea and the village of Anses d'Arlet.



The lower level accessible only from the outside includes:

- 1 air-conditioned bedroom furnished with a double bed (140X190) and en suite bathroom

- 1 air-conditioned bedroom furnished with 2 single beds convertible into double bed (140X190) and en suite bathroom

- 1 equipped kitchen

- 1 terrace and a deck with sea view



The windows of the 5 bedrooms are equipped with mosquito nets.
