The place is wonderful, close to the best sights. The apartment notices ten with everything, very well arranging with all the necessary utensils, All of the first quality. If one day I have to return from these sides I will certainly rent this house.

This was an excellent experience for us, the location in a very calm and natural environment, cleanliness of the house and very welcoming hosts, no doubt we will come back again! Shopping and sea are also walking distance and finally a sea view from the terrace. Great time!

Nice hide-out

Short before our arrival we were provided with a foto guide which helped us to find this hidden private property, inside a gated community in Jean les Pins. The apartement is located on the first floor, recently modernized and well furbished. Modern AC/heating is available and rounds up the entire package The huge terrace is almost in the shadow for the entire day - but provides a marvelous view over the bay. All the neighbours are somewhat family members of the owner, spreaded over several buildings. Generally very calm and silent, except when gardening works are being carried out. The final access road is almost loose gravel but with our SUV we had no problems. The rest of this gated community has seen times pass by. All in all, if you are looking for a silent hide-out not too far away from the city, this is perfect. You just need transportation for everything. We thank Veronique and Alain for all their support and easy availabilty during our 4 weeks stay.

Le lieu est superbe, niché dans une propriété privée très calme, avec une belle terrasse meublée avec vue mer et beaucoup de verdure alentour.L'appartement est magnifique, d'une propreté irréprochable (y compris le linge fourni), et dispose de toutes les commodités. Einfach ein Uelaubstraum

Grossartiger Urlaub im herrlichen Haus der Familie Vernier, traumhafter Blick auf die Bucht von der riesiges Terrasse aus. Schön eingerichtete und sehr saubere Wohnung auf einem riesigen Grundstück, sehr ruhig aber trotzdem nahe zu den Highlights der Cote dAzur. Wir können einen Urlaub hier nur weiterempfehlen!!!!

Séjour paradisiaque!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à Antibes, chez Véronique et Alain qui sont des hôtes adorables! Le logement est très propre et moderne. Nous soulignons la qualité de l'ameublement, de la literie et des ustensiles mis à notre disposition. Lits faits à l'arrivée. La cerise sur le gâteau: l'immense terrasse avec vue sur la mer et jardin arboré au calme. Quel délice de prendre nos repas avec cette vue incroyable! Le logement est également bien situé géographiquement: proches du centre-ville et des plages mais aussi des villes telles que Nice, Cannes, Saint-Paul-de-Vence, Monaco, l'Italie... Bref, nous sommes repartis avec des étoiles dans les yeux et reviendrons très certainement dans ce petit coin de paradis.

La meilleure semaine de vacances que nous ayons réservée jusqu'à présent. L'appartement était super bien équipé. Il ne manquait rien. Ce qui était bien aussi, c'est que nous avions une place de parking juste à côté de la maison sur le terrain fermé. La vue depuis la terrasse était magnifique. Merci encore aux époux Vernier de nous avoir permis d'utiliser l'appartement.

Una casa meravigliosa: assolutamente raccomandata!

Siamo una famiglia con tre bambini piccoli (8, 5 e 1 anno e mezzo) e abbiamo trascorso una settimana a cavallo di Capodanno nella casa di Veronique. L'appartamento è meraviglioso: gli spazi sono ampi, l'arredamento molto curato, la cucina è super attrezzata e dalla splendida terrazza si gode di un panorama rilassante sulla pineta, il mare e Cap d'Antibe. Noi abbiamo soggiornato in inverno e la casa era calda e confortevole (avendo dei bambini per noi era molto importante). Pulizia eccellente. La posizione è ottima: la casa è immersa nel verde, in una proprietà con un enorme giardino recintato, consigliata per chi ha bambini e per chi cerca un luogo tranquillo e rilassante. Da qui si possono raggiungere in pochi minuti d'auto Juan le Pins e Antibes (cittadina splendida!) ed è inoltre un punto strategico per esplorare sia la Costa Azzurra che l'interno (Vence, St Paul del Vence, Grasse, Tourette sur Loupe ecc.) Veronique è stata estremamente gentile, al nostro arrivo ci ha fatto trovare acqua fresca, una bottiglia di ottimo vino locale, caffè, tea e tutti gli essenziali. La comunicazione, anche prima del nostro arrivo, è stata sempre velocissima e precisa. E' una casa che noi consigliamo assolutamente e speriamo di poter tornare nuovamente. Grazie Veronique!

Alles in allem wunderbar

Die letzten Meter unserer 1200km langen Fahrt von Düsseldorf nach Antibes waren etwas aufregend; wenn man nicht weiß, wie der Kreisverkehr in Frankreich funktioniert, sollte man sich sofort informieren oder es besteht große Unfallgefahr.-) Nachdem wir den letzten Kreisverkehr bewältigt hatten, passierten wir das große Tor und kamen zum Gartentor, wie es uns Madame Vernier mit Fotos geschrieben hatte. Durch ein herzliches Willkommen von Madame Vernier und ihrem Mann fiel es nicht schwer, die höfliche Stimme, die wir am Telefon hörten, mit der freundlichen Dame vor uns zu verbinden. Nachdem wir unser Auto im Garten geparkt hatten, betraten wir sofort das Haus. Ein Schwall von Kühle und Sauberkeit empfing uns dort, welche wegen der 31-32 Grad draußen umso willkommener war. In Madame Verniers sauberem und hellem Haus sind alle Zimmer gut klimatisiert. Familien wie wir, die ihren Urlaub in Ferienhäusern verbringen, wissen, dass gut klimatisierte Zimmer und sehr gute Betriebsstände der Klimaanlagen nicht selbstverständlich sind. Aber im Haus von Madame Vernier war alles so, wie es sein sollte; es ist viel schöner als auf den Fotos; viel sauberer; viel geordneter. Zwei Wochen lang wohnten wir im zweiten Stock des Hauses inmitten des stillen, friedlichen, mit Pinien und Feigenbäumen bewachsenen Gartens. Der einzige wahrnehmbare Geruch war der von wildem Thymian und den Pinien; das einzige Geräusch war das der Grillen. In zwei Wochen trafen wir kein einziges Mal, wenn wir nicht wollten, Madame Vernier, ihren Mann oder andere Verwandte, die in den anderen Häusern auf demselben Grundstück lebten, an. Und wenn wir uns jemals trafen, war es herzlich und freundlich. Was Frankreichs Côte d’Azur angeht, halte ich es für unnötig, über das tiefblaue Meer, den blassgelben und feinen Sand sowie über den Sonnenaufgang jeden Tag und den wunderschönen blauen Himmel zu schreiben. Wir danken Madame Venier sehr für diesen schönen zweiwöchigen Urlaub. Wenn wir nach Frankreich kommen, wissen wir jetzt, wohin wir gehen wollen.
