In the sought after area of Castellaras, in Mougins / Mouans Sartoux (Cannes / Antibes 8 kms), we offer for rent our new villa type contemporary (200 m2, capacity 8/10 people).

The villa has been designed by a recognized architect and is located on a plot of 2. 850 m2, with a swimming pool lit (different atmospheres) of 4 * 10m and several terraces. Air conditioning throughout the house, refreshing floor, quality equipment (water softener, hot water loop, electric shutters with centralization) and lots of light all day long due to many windows, French windows and sliding windows opening on the garden.

The construction of the villa was completed in 2016, the garden and exteriors are not completely finished hence the few photos but the whole will be nice for the summer.

The villa consists of a large living room of 70 m2 with living / dining room / open kitchen (LV / Gas hobs / oven / Mo with large central island opening onto a covered terrace of 32 m2 with table for 12 guests and large outdoor garden furniture 4 bedrooms in suite including a master suite on one level of 36 m2 with large dressing room, separate toilet, bathroom / shower bath / double sink and a second bedroom suite also with wc private and shower. Both bedrooms have direct access to the garden. On the ground floor you will also have a laundry room and a service room / game room, with a sofa. On the floor, two additional rooms in continuation of 26 m2, each one with SDB and toilet privative and corner dressing.

4 flat screen TV, games console, wifi, satellite with pay channels (Canal +, Bein Sports, RMC Sport), Nespresso and Tassimo machines. As indicated, our villa is recent and all the amenities including exterior have not been completed (walls and terraced exterior concrete stairs), so we integrated a reduction of 1. 000 € on the rental price.

We will welcome you on your arrival and remain at your disposal during your stay to answer your requests, including the good local addresses: restaurants in Valbonne and Mougins old village 5 minutes, golf (8 courses 18 holes in a radius of 5 kms around the house), tennis, paddle (5 mn also), cinema (5 mn), supermarket, bakery, vegetables, press (3 mn), markets, walks, beaches, etc ...
