FLOORPLAN
⭐ This amazing condo is conveniently located on the ground floor and features stunning views of the golf course! As you enter Casa Bella you will see the gorgeous fully stocked Kitchen with beautiful tile backsplash and updated cabinetry! The dining table seats 6 and is perfectly placed underneath a unique custom-made chandelier! A crafty side bar allows room for 2 additional guest while dining.

Down the hall, you will find the guest bedroom that features 2 full size beds, a dresser and smart TV. A few steps away is the master bedroom which offers a cozy king bed, beautiful decor, a gorgeous sliding barn door that leads to the bathroom, and a washer/dryer set. The master bathroom features a double vanity with his and her sinks and a large walk-in shower. You will love the privacy this bathroom offers! After a day of fun at the beach, kick back and relax in the immaculate living room that features a comfortable sleeper sofa and a large flat-screen TV! Step outside to soak up the sun and fresh air on the gorgeous patio with a porch swing and picnic table where you can watch the golfers swing away.

Other things to note:
STARTER KIT
⭐ Our property has a "Starter Kit" to get you through your first 24-48 hours. This includes two kitchen trash can liners, two dishwashing packets, mini shampoo, conditioner, lotion, one roll of toilet paper per bathroom, and one roll of paper towels. We supply bath towels, washcloths, and hand towels. We do not provide beach towels, laundry detergent, seasonings/spices, zip locks, or liquid dishwashing detergent. You can pick up your favorite items at the nearby Walmart, Target, Publix, or Winn-Dixie.

Wi-Fi
⭐ Our property provides Resort Wi-Fi. The Wi-Fi info will be found in the property binder on the kitchen counter. We know WI-FI is essential to everyone. However, we cannot guarantee the internet speed or signal strength. We have found that our Wi-Fi signals are not optimal during peak season due to the number of people visiting our area. We suggest you bring your hotspot device if you need high-speed internet during your stay. **Bring your passwords for streaming services.** Don't forget to log out when you leave.

PARKING
⭐ Two (2) parking passes are provided with your stay! These will be on the kitchen counter for you. You will receive a temporary parking pass at the guard gate upon arrival, but please, replace this pass with the parking pass in the unit once you get settled. All motorized vehicles (including golf carts and motorcycles) must display a valid Seascape vehicle pass. Passes must include the unit number, arrival/departure dates, and vehicle license plate number. Please make sure your pass is filled out in its entirety to avoid receiving a ticket. The resort is very strict on this policy. If you need additional parking passes for your stay, please contact our office at least 48 hours before your arrival. There is a $15 fee for additional parking passes.

WRISTBANDS
⭐ Wristbands are required for you to access the pool. To avoid an additional fee charged to you, please make sure that all wristbands are accounted for on your departure. If a wristband is broken, please leave it in the unit so we can exchange it. There will be an additional fee per missing wristband. These must be left in the villa so the next guest can enjoy the same amenities!

POOL
⭐ There are multiple pools that as a guest you can use. The closest pool to the unit is located by the tennis courts at the Triangle. There will be a map in the property binder when you arrive. There is a heated pool near the tennis courts (HOA Boardwalk) that you can use. It is heated seasonally (typically between Oct-May). There are no lifeguards at the pool, and your use of the pool is at your own risk. We ask that you please follow all the rules posted in the pool area. Pool hours are 8:00 am -10:00 pm daily year-round.

SECURITY
⭐ Our property currently does NOT have an entry camera. Seascape HOA contracts with a security service to provide security for the property and its residents and visitors.

PETS
⭐ Absolutely NO PETS. Due to the health and severe allergies of the host, we cannot accept animals of any kind in this unit. If you bring a pet of any kind, you will be charged an additional $500 per pet and be asked to leave.

BOOKING
⭐ You must be 25+ to book
The person booking and paying for the reservation must be a group member staying at the property.
Read, review, and sign OUR rental agreement within 48 hours of booking and before check-in.
No events or parties are allowed.

CHECK-IN/CHECK OUT
⭐ Check-in any time after 4 pm CST. Check-out is any time before 10 am CST.

EARLY ARRIVALS
⭐ We would love to accommodate early arrivals. However, it is nearly impossible during the busy season due to increased traffic delays and a limited workforce. Therefore, if you have an early flight, please plan to book an extra day so that you may check in before 4 pm. If that isn't an option, one of our favorite public beaches is Pompano Joe's in Miramar Beach. It offers large bathrooms, plenty of parking, and a beachside restaurant. Our PCB properties have many options for public beach access, but our favorite would be Public Beach Access 54-57, right in front of Pier Park! Since we are always on a tight schedule, we ask that all guests depart promptly at 10 am CST.

KITCHEN
⭐ Fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, cookware, bakeware, glasses, mugs, plates, flatware, cooking utensils, coffee maker, and fire extinguisher located under the sink.

SMOKING
⭐ NO SMOKING on the premises. You will be charged a minimum of $1000 fee for smoking inside the property.

REFUNDS
⭐ Absolutely NO refunds or discounts due to weather, natural disasters, or any other situations beyond our control.

Lastly, HAVE FUN at the beach, but please beware of rip currents, and understand the beach flags!
