I am quite relaxed but would expect the barn to be left in the condition it was in on your arrival.
Please take any rubbish and recycling home if possible. We have very strict recycling rules in Pembrokeshire.

About the host
Hosted by Teresa
I moved to Pembrokeshire in 2012 to escape the 'rat race'. I come from the Arundel area of West Sussex. Although West Sussex is a beautiful area of the country, it is quite heavily populated & I decided that I would like to have more space to enjoy my middle age. Now I spend my days trying to get the smallholding tidied up & enjoying all the things that Pembrokeshire & Ceredigion has to offer.
Why they chose this property
I spent a long time searching for the smallholding. Although there were many similar properties for sale at the time, in really lovely locations, I felt that Maes y Garn had the right balance. It is rural but not remote. There is everything you want in the village of Crymych, which can be reached on foot.
What makes this property unique
The upside down layout makes the most of the lovely views.
