• Floors : Ground floor + First floor (no elevator because we are on the groudfloor/ accessible to the disabled)

• Bedrooms : 5 (please notice that the rooms on the ground floor are curtained)
• Sleeping arrangements : 6 beds (4 double beds, 2 singles beds)
• Bathrooms : 3 ( 2 italian showers, 1 bath with toilets inside)

• The area is very safe and has locked gate for the street on the weekends and in the evening.

• We will welcome you at your arrival and show you the house, hand you the keys, explain you how things work and answer any questions you may have. Remember to call us 30 minutes before your arrival and let us know if you're late because we will wait for you at the apartment.
• Arrival time is at 16.00 (4p.m.). If you wish to come earlier to drop off your luggage. It is usually possible from 11am. Please feel free to ask and we'll try to accomodate.
• Departure is at 11.00 (11a.m) at the latest, to allow the cleaning person to clean and prepare the apartment for the next guest. If you wish to leave your luggage before taking your flight or train back, feel free to ask we will try to accommodate.

Cool & comfortable mid century loft

Our family loved this place. Great for hanging out in the evenings, making a meal together and enough bathrooms and space for a group. Right near a major market and restaurant area so we ate amazingly!

Paris trip

This was the perfect location. It was wonderful. After walking the city all day it was glorious to return to such a beautiful space. When we returned in the evening too tired to venture much further there were plenty tu of close local options for food and relaxation. It was a beautiful place. Perfect for our family.

Family Ladies’ Trip to Paris

My daughter, daughters-in-law, and granddaughters, and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this charming apartment. It was hot while we were there, but we were able to stay cool with fans. The metro was close by with direct trains to the Eiffel Tower and the Arc de Triumph. Many restaurants and cafes were within walking distance. We enjoyed staying in place with character that was away from the tourist traps. Lovely stay.

Amazing home!! Perfectly located to everything! We were a little disappointed that we did not have a TV in our room, but that was a blessing because we spent our time talking and playing cards. It’s a perfect family spot!! Loved it and ww will be back!!

Family holiday

The property was excellent. We had a group of 8 , 4 adults and 4 children. The loft was very spacious, and well equipped to handle a large group. The loft was in an excellent location for site seeing all around Paris. Excellent for walking and accessing the metro..

Great place. The space lives up to it's advertising, just be aware that all the bedrooms downstairs are separated from the living space by curtains only and can be noisy if you have eight people staying there like we did. My only real cautionary note is that without air conditioning the apartment can be quite warm. It seemed like it had been closed up for some time before we arrived and it took several days after opening the few available windows for it to cool off adequately, particularly the upstairs bedrooms. The management was very responsive in providing numerous fans which helped but it was still warm in mid-September.

Great location, right size for a large group

The loft was perfectly situated for us, a short walk to many restaurants and easily accessible to many venues. We chose to uber versus walk everywhere since we only had 3 days and a lot to see but within walking distance to many sites. We did take the subway once which also drops you off outside the front door! Clara was great in communicating with us and showing us the place. There is also a book with places to see, eat and recommendations for how to get around.

5 stars property and host!

We are extremely happy to have chosen this loft. The space and location were perfect for our group of ten to experience the real Paris. Really comfortable and safe place to stay at. Before our arrival to Paris our group was concerned about how the transportation strike would affect our vacation plans. The transportation strike limitted our options to move around Paris; but the loft location allowed us to walk to most attractions. It also gave us the opportunity to find and discover great places along the way. Thank you so much for your hospitality and the nice touch of setting up a Christmas tree and decor for our family holiday vacation. We highly recomend this spacious loft.

Great spot for a group of 8 friends!

Great location & great host! The space is clean and well stocked with amenities. We had 8 adults staying and it was spacious enough to not feel on top of each other. The only cons I would say is that it is adjacent to the metro, so if you are a light sleeper you will hear that when it starts up early in the morning so bring some ear plugs. Also there are only 2 keys, so if you are planning things separate in your group that could get challenging. Just need to plan to coordinate the key hand-offs. Other than that, it was perfect for our needs and we had a lovely time. No issues :)

"Lofty" Paris Pricing

This was a "great location" rental for a 7 person stay in Paris. A former garage, the owner and her daughter have lovingly renovated and appointed this apartment. Clara (daughter) was there to greet us even though we were late on our arrival time. Pleasant and informative she made sure we were well oriented before she departed. The downstairs bedrooms DO NOT have doors....curtains only to the open space and between. Garbage bags, toilet paper and paper towels were scarce but replenished quickly with one call to the owner. The "slow drainage" issues with the showers and toilets were apparent. There was a slight mold problem in the showers. There were enough fans in the apartment to compensate for a lack of A/C (this is a European norm). Kitchen was well stocked with dishes, glassware and utensils. grocery stores, money exchanges, subways and a multitude of restaurants close by. Overall , a comfortable stay.

Location, Location, Location!

We were a total of 8 ladies from all over getting together in France. The apartment was a perfect location for us, we could walk to everything we wanted to see. Convenient shops, food and bars. Hailing a ride was easy as well. The location is within a secure gated complex at night and very quiet. Would totally stay there again next time I am in Paris. Lots of space and plenty of bathrooms. Nicely appointed and they have fans if it is hot, AC is not necessary.

Very well located, very clean, well-managed and great for accomodating large families or small groups. They even have s projection TV to share your photos! This is not really suitable for 5 couples because 3 of the bedrooms have at least one curtain instead of a wall, reducing privacy significantly. Perfect for 2 couples with lots of kids. All in all, we loved it and we'd stay there again. Clara is very warm, friendly and responsive to your needs!
