Beautiful house with communal pool in El verger (Dénia). It will comfortably accommodate 8 people. The complex includes 1 swimming pool with paddling pool and a shower. You will find by choosing this house, a quiet environment, the proximity of beaches (while having the pool), shops open every day in the summer months, 2 restaurants 2 minutes walk. The house has a small garden and beautiful terraces arranged to spend good times, 3 bedrooms including a part of it, is a games room and cupboards for storage, 1 cot and a baby chair for the very small, 1 done up kitchen which includes all which you would need during your stay, living room, dining room, 2 rooms of bath and shower, 2wc, towels and sheets are included in the hiring. Several places to visit, listed below. The departure cleaning of 100 euros is to be paid on arrival preferably in cash.
