WE OFFER INCLUSIVE PRICE: ELECTRICITY (ALSO FOR THE AIR CONDITIONERS); (YOU USUALLY PAY EXTRA IN SPAIN), GAS, WATER, WIFI WITHOUT EXTRA CHARGE!!! Great sea views from almost all rooms, terraces and from the pool. Up to 12 persons, 5-6 bedrooms: ONLY FOR BOOKINGS OF 11 OR 12 PERSONS THE 3rd BEDROOM WILL BE OPENED IN THE POOL FLOOR! 4 bathrooms, 2 living rooms, 2 kitchens, 6 air conditioning units.

Quiet residential area with 2 residential units.



UPPER FLAT: 3 bedrooms with air conditioning with cooling, drying, heating available, 1 bathroom en suite with whirlpool bath + WC, 1 bathroom with walk-in shower and WC. Dining table inside for a maximum of 8 people. Living room with air conditioning, with sea view, with 3 sofas and closed wood-burning fireplace. The main kitchen is in the upper flat with fridge-freezer, gas hob, oven, dishwasher. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need, including a 50cm paella pan. Direct access from the kitchen to the dining area and living room as well as to the covered terrace

with marvellous sea views and barbecue.



POOL LEVEL: THIS APARTMENT WAS BUILT INTO THE ROCK WITH A LOT OF EXPANSION AS A ‘CAVE APARTMENT’, 2 -3 bedrooms for 4 -6 people, from each bedroom you have direct access to the terraces and the pool. 2 bathrooms, each with shower and WC. Living room with small kitchenette, large fridge-freezer, electric hob, oven. Ventilation via the patio doors, air conditioning with cooling, drying and heating in the bedrooms.

Fly screens in almost all bedrooms. Heatable in winter via the 6 air conditioning/heating units, upper living level additionally with closed wood/heating fireplace.



SAT-TV: UPPER FLOOR: Our German, English, French and Spanish guests can receive free programmes from their home country, Switzerland: SRF reception, Netherlands: BVN reception.

POOLEBENE: In addition to the German programmes, some foreign programmes can be received!



Pool heating can be booked separately, surcharge per week € 150, not bookable from November to March!

Sauna can be booked separately. At night view over the illuminated town and castle.



This house can be booked in the early and late season with 1 accommodation unit for up to 6 people. Wintering in Denia: Ideal as 90% of all cafes and restaurants are open all year round. Monthly flat rates apply from November to March from 2 months, price on request.



Denia is located on the Costa Blanca, approx. 100 km from Valencia Airport and Alicante Airport (flights from almost all German airports with Ryanair, LTU, Lufthansa, etc.). It has 2 large marinas with around 600 berths and many very good restaurants (free parking), a beautiful old town with many cafes and restaurants, a fishing district with a lot of flair, very good shopping facilities in many supermarkets from 1500 metres away (Mercadona, Carrefour, Aldi, Lidl, Consum, Masymas) and around 600 cafes and restaurants in the surrounding area. A 17 km long sandy beach begins in Denia, partly with dunes, plus a 6 km long footpath from Denia directly along the sea (cliffs). Most of the beaches in Dénia have the Blue Flag, the European symbol for a clean beach and a clean sea.

Many hiking opportunities on the Montgo and in the mountainous hinterland.

Shopping in Denia: Large Monday market with clothes (new goods)

Distances from the holiday home: 400 m to bars, 1,500 m to the nearest large supermarket, 2,000 m to Denia, 3,000 m to the 17 km long sandy beach of Denia, 2,500 m to the harbour.



Our house ‘Montgo-Denia’ is in a quiet location - in a purely quiet residential area with detached houses - so please no parties, Spanish quiet times must be observed.

The villa is available for rent all year round. Dogs only on request. Final cleaning 180.- €, bed linen and towels per person one-time 18.- €. The amount listed on airbnb under final cleaning includes bed linen and towels. A deposit of 400.- € is due in cash on arrival, this will be transferred back within 14 days after departure.



A 3RD BEDROOM WILL ONLY BE OPENED ON THE POOL LEVEL FOR BOOKINGS OF 11 OR 12 PEOPLE!

The house has 2 car parking spaces, additional free parking on the street.

In the high season from April to October arrival and departure is only possible on Saturday.

Denia has a large hospital and a very good private clinic with an intensive care unit. German and English doctors are also available in an emergency.

Lovely mountainside villa

The villa is as beautiful as the photos, the pool is fantastic, heating for the pool was probably not needed even in May as the weather was perfect. The only drawback is the location, it’s way up on the hillside and a 13 taxi ride to the Port area. This wouldn’t be too bad if you had a hire car which I would heavily recommend, as the taxis in Denia are absolutely hopeless. The water in the villa is gas heated, we were there for 7 nights with 6 guests and we didn’t need to change the gas bottle. Water pressure and temperature of the showers was great. Plenty of towels for bathrooms and the pool! We had a great time here and would recommend this villa in a heartbeat.

Fantastic Villa and Views

Old style villa with an amazing villa and pool. It was exactly as we hoped for. Every bedroom had aircon and all had double beds. the pool was so lovely and lots of outside spaces to eat as a family. Would suggest a car unless people are very fit and love walk as not very close to restaurants etc and steep hills to get to villa. It was however a great location close drive to Denia town and all supermarkets. The views were amazing and lovley at night with all the lights on seafront and castle. quick response from hosts and checking all ok. We loved our stay here and just wished we had booked 2 weeks instead of 1. Have already recommended to freinds and hope to make a return visit.

Wonderful ❤️

We spend a week in the house and we enjoyed every minute of it . The house really grows on you 😊 we were 7 people in total: 2 young couples lived down stairs next to the pool . They had their own fridge , little kitchen and access to the pool . The 25+ 😇 lived in the 3 rooms upstairs . We spend a lot of our time on the great terraces. We used all of them. There is plenty of everything , the kitchen is so well stocked and lots of sun-beds🤗 the house is so big that all can find their own little ‘secret’ hideouts and just relax and enjoy. Henriette and Martina was amazing during our stay ❤️. We hope to be back again one day🤩

Denia Stoll House

Huset ligger fint til i utkanten av Denia. Flott utsikt, flott basseng, mange solområder. Litt slitt jevnt over, kjelleren luktet kjeller, anbefales godt med lufting. Bassenget hadde noen fliser som hadde løsnet osv rundt sluket. Det store middagsbordet var kjempefint, men godt å ha mygglys da det er en godt beplantet eiendom og hva dette følger med av mygg og andre småfluer. Det er frokostbord med utsikt som var helt perfekt, innendørs var det litt overmøblert om vi som var 12 stk skulle brukt dette området. Med andre ord litt trangt. Alt i alt hadde vi en flott tur med mange fine minner. PS: leiebil er et must, det finnes ikke mange taxier i Denia området.

Relaxing and peace

We had a great vacation and the house provided everything we needed. Pool was great and in general just awesome. Its an "older" house, but it have been maintaned very well and you can feel the warm of the house, not like "NEW" concreate buildings with "straight" lines overall, this has a soul. If should recommed something, migth be "upgrade" of the beds, a little "stiff" but minor detail. Thanks very much for a lovly stay and thanks fo letting us use it. Br. Jessen family, DK.

En general bien aunque si que hay cosas por mejorar como por ejemplo que las camas dobles se puedan separa ya que los colchones son independientes pero la sábana bajera es única. Las sábanas de mi habitación estaban rotas del uso, sería bueno renovarlas al igual que los colchones. Echamos mucho en falta un microondas ya que no hay ninguno. Lo mejor de todo sin duda alguna la piscina y las vistas.

ne correspond pas a la photo d implantation de la maison

la maison est superbe par contre elle est complètement enclavée au milieu d autre villa avec beaucoup de vis a vis photo de la location a dut être prise peut de temps après la construction heureusement que nous avons pris nos vacances hors saison en pleine saison je pense que cela aurais était très bruyant et pas très intime. la piscine très froide ne correspond pas au 28 degrés certifier salle a cause du vent matériel pour nettoyage,épuisette pour les feuille cassée aspirateur balai a brancher sur la bonde d air pas accès au local technique piscine .le four du haut ne fonctionne pas la robinetterie de la baignoire balnéo pas d échangeur douche remplissage par la poire de douche compter 35 minutes afin de profiter des bulles et surtout le plan pour accéder a la villa pas précis nous avons chercher 1 heure a la tomber de la nuit avant de trouver grâce a l aide de personnes du quartier (marquer le nom du quartier Dionysos pour les prochaine location ) pas de documentation en français pas de chaîne tv en français dommage car villa superbe !!!

The Villa was nice with great views

We enjoyed our stay here but would like to make a few suggestions for improving comfort. The beds were a bit hard and mattress toppers would improve this, also the sheets were too small, single duvet covers were provided per person but I only found 1 single duvet in each room. Double duvets, covers and top sheets should be available as most of the beds are pushed together into a double with a double bedsheet. Plus some of the beds should be able to be pushed apart to make twins beds for those sharing a room who are not in a couple.

Superbe villa correspondante à l'annonce. Quartier calme avec une vue magnifique sur la baie de Dénia. Nous avons apprécié la rapidité de Mme Lemke sur place pour le problème de la climatisation . Les seuls problèmes étaient le fonctionnement du barbecue et quelques moustiques. Avons appréciés en ville le Bar El Fuego, Le restaurant Gaudi et El Raset. Nous y retournerons certainement.

Sehr schönes Haus

Waren das erstemal in Denia. Waren vom Sandstrand begeistert. Überall kostenlose Parkplätze am Strand. Sehr gute Restaurants in Denia und im Hinterland. Gute Supermärkte, das Haus wird sehr gepflegt, sehr sauber und nette deutsche Betreuung vor Ort. Poolpfleger kam regelmäßig. Das Haus ist in einem schönen Wohngebiet. Der Blick ist faszinierend! Wir waren insgesamt mit 4 Ehepaaare dort. Grüße Martina

Tolles Haus - sehr gepflegt - ruhige Lage

Waren schon 3 mal da, es ist immer sehr sauber, wir sind drei befreundete Familien, die Gaststättentipps beinhalten Geheimtipps. Die Aussage im Inserat stimmen. Lage und Blick einfach Top. Es ist im Haus alles da was man braucht. Der beheizte Pool hatte 27 Grad, macht Spaß im Oktober noch im Pool zu baden. Sehr viele nette Telefonate vor der Buchung mit der Vermieterin. Meine Eltern waren schon im Winter für 2 Monate in diesem Haus und wandern gerne im Naturpark Montgo. Denia bietet tolle Lokale, eine schöne Altstadt und herrlichen Sandstrand mit Dünen. Wir lieben den neuen Hafen mit den großen Yachten.

Einfach ein Traum

Das Haus ist absolut super. Es ist wirklich ideal fuer 2 befreundete Familien. Jeder hatte seine eigene Privatsphaere und doch konnten wir gemeinsam den Pool sowie die tolle Pergola mit dem sehr grossen Tisch, an dem alle Platz finden, geniessen. Toll suedlaendisch eingerichtet mit Blick auf Meer, Stadt und Burg, was einfach ein Traum ist. Wir genossen den Pool im Fruehjahr 2013 zu einem Zeitpunkt, wo andere Pools noch viel zu kalt waeren. Ebenfalls fanden wir toll: - langer Duenenstrand - schoene Altstadt - die balinesische Zensa auf der Dachterrasse am Hafen - die nahe gelegende bergreiche Hinterlandschaft. Mit den tollen Insider Tipps des Vermieters fuer Restaurants fanden wir ein Bauernhof im rustikalen Stil, wo ein 5-Gaenge-Menue mit Getraenk nur 18 Euro kostet. War sehr toll. Wir waren schon 2 mal hier und kommen immer wieder gerne!!!

Traumhafte Villa

Wir haben uns die Villa ausgesucht und damit einen Volltreffer hinsichtlich des Hauses und des traumhaften Ausblicks auf Denia und das Meer gelandet. Die Ausstattung ist perfekt, sündländisch eingerichtet und wir haben uns sofort sehr wohl gefühlt. Alles ist sehr sauber und gepflegt. Die Terrassen sind toll zum Relaxen oder in den Sonnenuntergang hinein zu träumen. Von der Villa ist es auch möglich zu einer Wanderung am Montgo aufzubrechen. Empfehlenswert ist auf jeden Fall der Markt am Montag in Denia, oder der Bauernmarkt am Freitag. Wer Tapas mag, findet mitten in der Stadt viele kleine Tapas Bars. Denia ist immer wieder eine Reise wert und die Villa die perfekte Unterkunft dafür. Wir kommen nun des öftern in die Villa.
