Its location on the northern slope of El Montgó provides sunny days in winter and cool breezes in summer. The ground floor has three bedrooms and two bathrooms. Relax in the sun by the private pool and enjoy your Mediterranean garden. It features private parking and a covered terrace with a pellet stove. The minimum age for making reservations is 30 years old. The ID of the contract holder will be requested for verification on the day of check-in. The Space:
Good construction, stone floors, wooden windows, a total of 2 air conditioners (master bedroom and living room), electric heating, fireplace, pellet stove, pool, bodega, barbecue electric heating, fireplace, pellet cooker, swimming pool, wine cellar, barbecue, Dolce Gusto capsule coffee machine, toaster, microwave, ceramic hob, oven, washing machine. The beds are 150x190 cm (main bedroom), x2 beds of 80x190 cm joined as a double bed and in the last bedroom there is a bed of 90x190 cm with the possibility of unfolding a second bed of the same dimensions, which is located underneath it.

Guest Access:
We will contact you approximately one week before your arrival to confirm your arrival time and the address of the house and send you the check-in form. On the day of arrival, we will meet you at the house at the agreed time to show you around.

The Neighborhood:
The villa is located on the eastern slope of the natural park of El Montgó. It is located in the Dènia town, close to the village but far enough away to enjoy of a few quiet days. The beach is only 10 minutes from the villa.

Other Things to Note:
Bed linen and towels are included in the price. The use of the internet is free of charge. Pets are not allowed. A daily electricity consumption of 17kWh is included in the rental price. Above this consumption will be charged at 0,30€/kWh. In addition, a security deposit of 200 € must be paid.

In accordance with the current regulations on tourist rentals in the Valencian Community (updated in August 2024), this property can only be rented as a seasonal rental with a minimum stay of 11 nights.

For direct bookings: The first payment, equal to 30% of the total amount (excluding optional extras), is due with the booking confirmation, the balance 30 days before arrival. After booking, you will receive a confirmation message to your E-Mail/Chat and within 10 minutes you will receive the contract to be signed by the credit card holder. The contract serves to comply with regional legislation, as well as to protect the guest, agency and owner, so it does not include anything that is not already specified in the advertisement. If you do not receive the contract automatically, it is probably because you do not have an account in Spanish, English, French or German, so we will have to send you the contract manually during our working day. Approximately one month before your arrival we will contact you to let you know that you must pay the remaining amount and we will ask you a few questions to better prepare your arrival. For bookings of less than 11 nights, we will ask all guests to send us their ID's, in compliance with regional regulations. Shortly before your arrival we will contact you by instant messaging to facilitate communication.
