Great spot

This is a lovely apartment. The location is ideal, almost every metro line is available at one of the 4 stations that surround it. The neighborhood is full of great little restaurants.

Had the pleasure of staying in this house over NYE 2023. Was such a great trip. Location is fantastic, house is beautiful, host was great...an all around great experience and would stay here again.

Best place in Paris!

This gem is spectacular! It looks like it is straight out of a magazine, and everything is super clean and very well kept. We would have extended our stay in Paris if we had known how great this place was in person.

Perfect stay!

Clean, just like the pictures, everything you’d need. Our favorite part was the walkability to restaurants, patisseries, shops and the metro. We always had clear communication and helpful tips from the owner. Felt safe there also. Great trip!

Great stay and location

Great stay in the 10th at the Veranda. We did a three-generation trip -- my wife and I, my parents, and our 15 year old son. Great location super close to La Republique metro stop, from where you can get to almost everywhere in the city. And with the recent simplification of the zones system, no worries if you stray outside the center. The apartment was clean and compact and fully equipped with everything we needed. I would note that if you are travelling with older parents (as we were) there are a number of stairs to negotiate to get into the apartment and to get to the upstairs bedrooms.

Paris Was Amazing

We had 8 adults in our party. Our flat was very nicely appointed, spacious and had all the amenities we needed. Convenient to many great restaurants and the Metro and thoroughly enjoyed the neighborhood. The three full bathrooms were great for our size party. Highly recommend this property.

My Stay At the Veranda

Except for a formidable staircase as you enter the accommodation, I was pleased with this space. One other detail comes to mind: Use of the upstairs bathroom shower fogs the generously proportioned mirrors. Perhaps a small fan would help eliminate the fog & subsequent wait to use those mirrors.

A perfect place

What a truly unbelievable destination. Anthony's space is truly stunning - from the plush linens and towels to the high ceilings and window treatments. Every aspect of this apartment is well done and with a true professional touch. We were excited by the pictures when booking but even more thrilled on arrival to see that the space looks and feels exactly as elegant and spotless as the photos. The host is wonderful, responding quickly and helping with any minor requests or questions. I honestly cant say enough good things.

This is a lovely apartment with many nice features. We had an extended family group of eight, all with their own space. The kids loved reading in the space under the stairs and the large table allowed for us to share meals comfortably. Everything was high end. The neighborhood has easy transportation to all parts of the city and is very walkable. There is a market near by, many nice bakeries, and restaurants. We really appreciated getting into the property a bit early and being able to drop off suitcases while it was being cleaned. The plugs are a bit hard to figure out, and we never did find the microwave. Extra instructions might be helpful for others arriving from overseas.

Bright apartment between the 10th and 3rd.

The apartment is between two metro stops servicing multiple lines, each a convenient 5-7 minute walk. There are a couple of grocery stores also within in 5-10 minute walk, a boulangerie across the street, a cheese shop and butcher a few blocks away, and numerous local restaurants to choose from. The apartment itself is clean and bright and well appointment with 3 stand up showers, and 4 bedrooms. Yes, there is a third bathroom which is not pictured on the floor plan. There are also two twin beds in one of the bedrooms although only one of the beds is photographed. However, that bedroom is tight. A word of caution. The WiFi has two passwords. One for the main floor, and the other for the second floor where two bedrooms are located. The WiFi upstairs was not working for a majority of our trip. We reached out to the management company on either the 1st or 2nd day to notify them and have someone fix it. It was not until the 5th or 6th day of our stay that someone came to the house on a different matter, and fixed the upstairs WiFi. The fix was indeed more than unplugging and replugging the extender which we did attempted multiple times in our troubleshooting efforts. Going without WiFi on the second floor was not an option in our situation and we incurred $70 worth of fees from our cell phone provider in order to have WiFi upstairs. Compensation would be much appreciated, and I am awaiting a response to my email/message to both LFonciere and Augustin.

Beautiful 2 story apartment

Windell was amazing to communicate with. 2 families fit well in the space. Everyone had privacy if needed. Everything was clean and new. All linens provided. Each bathroom had a hair dryer. Laundry soap was provided. Liquid hand soap was provided. Garbage bags, Paper towel and toilet paper was provided. When we ran out, a little market was down the street had all the items needed. There are Bakeries and cafes all around the area. We felt like we were part of the neighborhood. This is not a super touristy area. The metro was right there too. We all had a wonderful time and stay!

Fabulous!

This duplex is exactly as advertised! It was as comfortable and luxurious as a 5 star hotel. Great location, with lots of restaurants and a couple of metro stops within walking distance. The check-in process was seamless, and Olivier, the host/contact, was responsive and very helpful. We would definitely stay there again.

Our family of 5 thoroughly enjoyed our stay at My Veranda. The property was spotless, super comfortable, spacious, close to the subway, and in an area that's walking distance to wonderful restaurants, museums, and more. Communication with the owner was perfect—responsive, clear, helpful, and friendly. We could not have been more pleased.

Amazing flat! Great neighborhood.

This flat was absolutely beautiful. Air Conditioning worked great! Newly remodeled and super clean. Flat had everything you need. The neighborhood has amazing restaurants, pubs, bakery’s and much much more! Access to two main metro/ subway stations within 3 minute walk. We had 7 people and couldn’t not have been happier with our decision.

Great location and amazing apartment!

Our stay at this beautiful apartment far exceeded our expectations. The photos in the listing don’t do justice to the accommodations you will find. The apartment is nicely decorated and accented, and its location in Paris provides a safe neighborhood with many options for shops, cafes and restaurants within a short walking distance. We were received and hosted by Oliver, the property manager , who could not have been more accommodating and willing to help, anytime we called, which is a major plus for visitors coming to Paris for the first time. We have traveled to many places as a family, especially to Europe, which has become our favorite destination for the end-of-year Holidays Season, and this apartment is one of the very best we’ve ever stayed in. The apartment gets a 5-star rating from us and Oliver, our host gets a 5-star+ for his excellent service - Thank you for being a great host.

Amazing Apartment, Dream Location

Can’t say enough good things about this place and my experience. It is a stunning, sizeable apartment that is very tastefully appointed. The kitchen is large, open and beautiful — and there are 3 bathrooms plus a washer and dryer in the unit. Lots of closet space as well. And to top it off, it’s in one of the nicest parts of Paris (Du Pain Et Des Idées one of the top few bakeries in Paris is just a 5 minute morning walk). Also the hosts are excellent communicators and made the whole process seamless and delightful. Would highly recommend and plan to come back again soon!!

Appartement de rêve et un hôte acceuillant

Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour avec mes ma famille. Nous avons adoré l'appartement, en particulier Netflix dans chaque chambre. Meubles de très bon goût et de première qualité, encore mieux que sur les photos. Perrier et Evian un du frigo très appréciés. Savon et shampoing de première qualité, serviettes très douces. L'hôte nous a beaucoup aidé, toujours souriant malgré notre manque d'organisation. Nous avons aussi beaucoup aimé le quartier : Opéra et Marais accessibles à pied. Merci encore, je vais recommander cet endroit incroyable à tous mes proches.
