The room was nice. We still had to pay 20 for parking because the clerk that checked us in told us that they had no idea anything about the Vrbo part. She didn't even know anything about how we checked in with the email. She was very nice though.

The employees were very nice. The pool chemicals seriously tarnished all my silver jewelry which was not good as we had a special outing to go to. Also, we were told when we arrived that we could have had a military discount (my brother is Vietnam vet) had we not booked ahead of time but instead directly on site and that there was nothing he could do now....this was certainly disappointing. We are all seniors and my brother a decorated Vet.

Overall stay was disappointing due to management and communication issues.This property is listed on VRBO, but it’s important to note that the VRBO host is a third-party and has no ability to address concerns or resolve issues at the property itself. Any problems must be handled directly on-site, which proved to be extremely frustrating.Unfortunately, the General Manager’s behavior significantly impacted our experience. Rather than demonstrating basic customer service skills, the GM was rude, condescending, and openly yelled at guests in front of others. This unprofessional conduct made the environment uncomfortable and unwelcoming, especially when guests were simply trying to address legitimate concerns.If you are considering booking, be aware that there is a clear disconnect between the booking platform and the property’s management, and do not expect issues to be handled with courtesy or professionalism once you arrive.
