A living room with a 55” Smart TV and cozy chairs can be found on the first level. There is a sizable table in the living area that easily seats eight people.
You will have everything you need in the kitchen to make your meals.
You also have access to a laundry room.
The first-floor bathroom contains a small shower, a toilet, and a Bluetooth speaker so you may enjoy your favorite podcasts and music.

There is a bathroom with a bathtub and a Bluetooth speaker on the second floor.
There are two bedrooms as well, one with a king-size bed and the other one with a queen-size bed.
Each bedroom contains a 50” Smart TV, wireless and USB phone charging.
For the big gamers, a foosball table is available!

Our third floor loft includes a king-size bed with lighting and built-in USB chargers along with a 50” Smart TV. There is also a corner office.
Two twin beds are located at the back of the loft, separated from the main area with partial walls.

You will be greeted by garden furniture in the porch in front of the house where you can unwind. In the back yard you will be able to enjoy the fire pit with friend and family.

The home is completely fenced in.

110V wall outlet for Level 1 Electrical Vehicle charging in the garage.

Other details to note

Our property is accessed through steps from either the porch or backyard side. In addition, the staircase going from the 2nd to the 3rd floor is narrow and may not be suitable for people with limited mobility or children younger than 5 if not supervised by adults.

Every guest must be counted when making a reservation.
Pets and parties are not allowed.
Smoking, including e-cigarettes is not allowed.
