Sunlit Carriage House
Living the Dream Carriage House is a 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom located in the heart of Rosemary Beach. This delightful, sunlit carriage house is only a few steps from the Town Center, Barbados or Coquina pools, and the beach!

Upon entering you will find a cozy living area with HDTV for your entertainment. It includes a full kitchen for meal and snack preparations as well as a dining table and bar area with seating. Around the corner from the kitchen you will find a bedroom with queen bed and a full size bathroom. Just up the spiral staircase in the living room is another bedroom with a queen sized bed.

The sugar white sand and emerald waters of the Gulf of Mexico are less than 100 yards down the wooden boardwalk! This home is perfect for a couple or a small family to create a memorable vacation experience. Paradise found!

**This property requires a 4 night minimum stay during spring break and summer and a 2 night minimum stay during shoulder season.

Needs some work

Overall great location but if you like hearing garbage trucks daily at 6:15 am this is not your place. It was loud as we were right by the restaurants too so deliveries were also loud. The property looks good online but overall not the best as we found things dirty or not working. Balcony too small to sit comfortably and bedroom on main level storage was an issue. Courtyard is not enjoyable as the fountain didn't work and outside furniture old and worn. Otherwise loved the area and this one was close to the beach and dining.

Hopetown Lane Carriage House

We enjoyed our stay. However, the parking situation was a problem. Usually when we stay in a carriage house we've been able to park one vehicle in the garage. That isn't the case here. You have street parking only. Also, the T.V. upstairs didn't work. Last, you only have access to two bikes. We had 4 people staying, so that was a little of a problem. Other than that you can't beat Rosemary and being right by the square.

Great location, interior didn’t blow us away.

We loved the property location! The rental was adequate, nice but didn’t blow us away or impress us terribly. There were several little small things that left us feeling a little underwhelmed. Ex. The patio bar stools had arms broken off, the only plug in the bathroom didn’t work, no toilet paper holder present so it kept rolling on the ground, some of the shades were broken and couldn’t be pulled up and down, the coffee maker kept flooding the filter and spilling over the counter, the spiral staircase was so narrow we couldn’t fit our suitcase through to get up the stairs. There also was no parking in the garage like we’d assumed from the listing. We had to park several houses down on street parking so unloading the first night wasn’t crazy fun. To be fair, we didn’t contact the management company to fix any of the issues since most of our trip fell over the weekend and it wasn’t anything we couldn’t live with. Little things that didn’t make or break the trip or the rental, we just expected a little more for the location and price.

Perfect Location

Wonderful house! Excellent location! Great management company! Perfect stay! The upstairs loft (2nd bed area) got really, really warm and we couldn't cool it down completely (visited early September). My 2 kids were super exhausted and slept fine regardless. It would have bothered me, it didn't bother them...just a heads up on that if everyone in your visit prefers a cold bedroom! This place is super cute, the little courtyard is precious and we enjoyed hanging out on the balcony for coffee in the mornings!!! We'd stay here again for sure 💗
