Riverside property at Chalonnes sur Loire

We received a warm welcome from the proprietor, Sylvie, at this pleasant modern 1st Floor riverside property with nice views along the Loire, and an open terrace for al fresco dining. Within a short walk from many local restaurants, shops, and the twice weekly local market, it makes a good base to visit the many local Chateaux, and is at the heart of the Anjou vineyards for tastings etc.

Fantastic Apartment on the Loire.

This apartment and owners are great. Everything you need is supplied (with exception of toiletries). Convenient to several nearby castles and many wineries. Within walking distance of several restaurants. The owners are very helpful and accommodating with quick replies to any concerns or questions. I can't say enough about this place! Here's a tip...make dinner reservations as most local restaurants require them.

Magnifique sejour dans un logement super sympa

Nous avons très bien été accueilli par la propriétaire. Le logement est conforme à la description et très propre. La terrasse est vraiment un plus avez une vue magnifique. Il y a toutes les commodités très proches. Vraiment un merveilleux séjour. On reviendra !

Séjour détente dans un cadre idéal

Le gîte Le Chaland était pour nous le gîte parfait. Nous étions 2 dans un gîte spacieux, ce qui faisait l'affaire vu le temps variable (grosses averses) qui rendait la terrasse inutilisable. Pour 6 personnes, le gîte nous paraît très petit. Matériel cuisine très complet et en bon état. Excellente literie! Petites remarques: la lumière au-dessus de la table est insuffisante (impossible de lire), et le lavabo à la salle de bains s'écoule difficilement. Vue sur la Loire et espace parking en face du gïte. Possibilité Chalonnes est une petite ville très agréable, tous les magasins à proximité, quelques restaurants, possibilité de rayonner et de découvrir la région (en voiture ou à vélo). Angers à 25 km. Accueil souple et correct par Sylvie, artiste peintre, qui tient une galerie au rez-de-chaussée. Une adresse à conseiller absolument!

Merci Jacqueline pour votre appréciation, nous ne manquerons pas de veiller à vos petites remarques. Le Chaland est prévu au maximum pour 6 couchages, mais 4 adultes et 2 enfants bien entendu. La terrasse apporte le plus dont vous n’avez pas pu profiter malheureusement . Au plaisir Sylvie et Tony
