Wraparound Porch Downtown

No cleaning fees! We have over 275 five star reviews. Charming, completely remodeled 4 bedroom, 2 bath home in the heart of the historic Delano district. Stay where the action is--walking distance to restaurants, breweries, Riverfront Stadium, the Wichita Ice Center; and only a short drive to Friends University, InTrust Arena and Old Town. The home features a lovely screened-in porch with patio furniture, fenced back yard and private parking. Inside are cozy accommodations including a sectional sofa, 50" TV with Roku & fully stocked kitchen. The master suite is on the main floor and features a king size bed with luxury linens as well as a queen size bed. The recently remodeled master bath includes a bathtub/shower and also features a full size washer and dryer (laundry soap provided). The second bathroom is also located on the main floor. Upstairs are three additional bedrooms with queen size beds.

This property was the perfect location to catch all the events planned for a wedding we attended last weekend. The house was very clean and well stocked. Dana was very accommodating and responded quickly to my messages.

We absolutely enjoyed the weekend! The house fit all our needs and was perfectly located for our conference. The screened in porch was utilized several times for quiet time in the mornings and evenings. The temp in the house stayed comfortable no matter how hot during the day. Why they chose this property

Delano is a sought after location for locals and tourists alike. It's a historic neighborhood that is enjoying a revitalization spurred by the recently completed multi-million dollar Riverfront Stadium. It has shopping, eateries, and entertainment. It is also a very short drive (just across the river) from "Old Town" which popular as well.

What makes this property unique

Guest's rave about our screened in wraparound porch. It's a lovely place for morning coffee or an evening nightcap. The home is also very roomy, with 4 large bedrooms (one large enough for two beds). It's perfect for large families or friends sharing accommodations. It is also spotlessly clean. We have over 200 five star reviews!
