Very pleasant apartment of 80 m2. Two bedrooms, a bathroom, a shower room. A semi open kitchen to a living room which overlooks a very peaceful green area not overlooked. A terrace where you can listen to the birds. With all the comforts for a pleasant stay. Bordeaux easily accessible by bus or tram. Restaurants, bakery, cafe, caterer, supermarket at 200m.

Great stay in the suburb of Bordeaux

Nice, quiet appartment with a lovely little cat. Bus in front of the house and Tram to go to downtown Bordeaux 8 minutes away by foot. Great communication with Chantal. Baker and deli 200 meters away and center of Mérignac 900 meters on foot.

Des plus agréables à tout les égards

Le séjour n'est pas que l'espace/ appartement et son magnifique jardin tout vert, et le vent qui souffle sur les grandioses bambous. Il est plus que apprecié et ce davantage par les qualités d'accueil, de Chantal la propriétaire et de Elia chatte adorable par sa douce présence. Je recommande sans hésitation cet espace milieu de vie seulement a 20 minutes en Tram de Bordeaux. Merci infiniment pour l'accueil et la confiance. C'est plud que l'annonce affichée. C'est un bijoux d'endroit tout comme la propriétaire.

Très bel appartement en rez-de-chaussée sans vis à vis. Le logement est bien agencé, décoré avec goût et parfaitement équipé.Le plus, pour les gens qui aiment les animaux, la présence d'Elia une chatte aussi belle que discrète.

Gute Verkehrsanbindung, sowohl mit dem Auto als auch mit dem Bus. Bus ca. 40 Minuten in die Innenstadt (1,80 € pro Person und Richtung). Parkplatz und Aufzug in der Tiefgarage erleichtert vieles. Die Katze verlangt von ihrer Dienerschaft die Befriedigung der Grundbedürfnisse ( Essen/Trinken/ Entsorgung der Hinterlassenschaft). Als Blohnung für treue Dienste lässt sie sich streicheln. In der Wohnung entspannt man sich auch bei Regen (wie in unserem Fall), durch das üppige Grün und die recht helle und moderne Wohnung.

Wohnung mit wunderbarem Garten in Stadtnähe Bordeaux und perfekter Busanbindung

Sehr schöne Wohnung in gepflegter Wohnanlage zur Selbstversorgung in absolut ruhiger Lage mit Liege- und Essplatz im Garten. Der Bus vom Flughafen hält direkt vor der Haustür. Nahversorgung - Bäcker und Markt - 5 Minuten vom Haus entfernt. Es fehlte an nichts !!! Man muss nur wissen, dass aktuell eine Katze versorgt werden muss, inkl. Reinigung vom Katzenklo. War für mich kein Problem, da ich selbst eine Katze habe.

Ruhige Lage mit gutem Anschluss an das Bussystem

Wirklich tolle Wohnung mit Garten. Wir haben uns wie zuhause gefühlt.. Die Kommunikation war super. Die Wohnung liegt etwas außerhalb und ist daher ruhig, entspannt und gut an das Bussystem nach Bordeaux angebunden.

A 200 mètres des commerces et 10 minutes à pieds du tram qui nous conduit partout dans Bordeaux. Nous avions un trés bel appartement spacieux où rien ne manqué. Et nous avions 2 places de parking au sous sol...on ne pouvait rêver mieux. Merci à Chantal pour son accueil et ses conseils.

Perfekte Wohlfühloase

Wir haben unseren 5-tägigen Aufenthalt sehr genossen: eine stilvoll eingerichtete, sehr gut geputzte Wohnung mit allem Komfort, ganz ruhig gelegen in einem komfortablen Neubau mit Aufzug, Tiefgarage, Gebäudesicherung. Besonderes Highlight war der Blick in die grüne Garten-Oase. Die Gastgeberin ist hochseriös, hat uns überaus freundlich empfangen und wichtige Tipps für den Stadtbummel gegeben. Und die Katze erobert das Herz im Sturm. Ganz kleines Manko: Die Kleiderschränke sind abgeschlossen, so dass man die Koffer nicht auspacken kann.

L'appartement ressemble à une maison individuelle avec son jardin entouré de verdure. Bel appartement, jardin très agréable et le tout à 15/20minutes en bus de Bordeaux. Sans oublié Elia, l'adorable minette! Nous avons adoré!

Appartement confortable, lit un peu dur. Pas de chance, on est tombé sur une période de travaux de voiries devant l’immeuble. Sinon parfait. Le chat est très gentil et ne dérange pas.
