Our check-in was seamless, the house was beautiful, and the views from the property were absolutely breathtaking! My mom, sister, and I had a girls weekend in Paso, our very first, and were delighted to be welcomed with a bottle of wine. We enjoyed delicious dinners in the the well-stocked kitchen, cozy evenings on the super comfy couch, and foggy mornings curled up in front of the fire pit. The "tree house" is not posted in the listing pictures, so we weren't sure what to expect when we arrived. It's really closer to a Harry Potter-themed playhouse, but the heater, club chairs, and view made it one of our favorite spots on the property! We were also so grateful to the owner for letting us know when a couple of elk wandered to the top of the driveway as well.. Paso quickly became a favorite of ours and we absolutely will be staying at Bella Vista again.

It was a lovely cozy space for three couples. We had a great time. The decor, quality of linens and kitchen appliances was very nice. We will definitely come back! Communication with the property manager was great!!!! A Five Star Experience!!!!

Perfect property if you want private but close to downtown and wineries. Comfortable beds, well stocked kitchen and great outdoor patio. One of the best vacation rentals I’ve stayed in.

Don’t hesitate to book this house! It is hands down the best place to stay for groups that want to go wine tasting/downtown and the views can’t be beat!! I love that this property has a clean modern feeling but still has country charm. It’s easy to find and very private. Everything was very clean, beautifully maintained and well stocked with quality housewares. The homeowner was available if we needed anything. I can’t think of anything we missed…except maybe an infinity pool haha! We were a group of 7 adults ages 21-80 and everyone loved the house. 5 big stars!!

Cocavin Carriage House is perfect for an intimate vineyard property stay amid grapevines and walnut trees. The house is beautifully designed - white walls, soaring pine ceilings, sliders and full-length windows, soaking tub, glassed walk-in shower and furniture sized appropriately for the space. The king bed is just as comfortable if not more so than the bed in our own home. There are three outdoors places to sit, read, eat, drink wine and view a landscape that at every hour gives back to the eye. The hosts offer a really special amenity: a complementary wine tasting at Lone Madrone - walking distance from the Carriage House - and a bottle of wine from Lone Madrone's winemaker made from Cocavin grapes. Our stay was perfect in every way, and much of that perfection was thanks to where we stayed!
