Beautiful wide open- 3 story patio home( gated street) in the Galleria. Bedrooms on first and 3rd floor. Common area on Second floor. Great for Corporate and large family living. Includes a fenced in backyard. All utilities paid and monthly maid service for long term rentals. Essentials provided (towels, kitchenware, soap, shampoo toilet paper etc) Close to all transit, highways, restaurants, bars, entertainment and an average 4 min Lyft/Uber response time. Long/short term Leasing and nightly availability. Couch bed for additional space.

Fun Christmas getaway

We planned an excursion with our adult children and our dog. The rental was absolutely perfect and our hosts were accessible and accomidating. The fresh baked jalapeño cornbread was a nice touch and delicious!

Spacious House

House is in a gated community and was very spacious. Has lots of bedrooms with comfy beds and the kitchen is large and well stocked. The living area is very big with a big screen TV and lots of seating. Jennifer is so easy to work with and really helped us out while we were evacuating for the hurricane. Would recommend this property to anyone with a big group or large family.

This property is extremely special! I bought it to open as a high-end sober living home for women. There is such a need in this area. There is so much love in the space and donations such as a piano from 1901. People tell me it has great energy so I hope everyone who stays, gets that same feeling.

LOCATION! LOCATION! LOCATION!This is a beautiful 3 story patio home! A gated community, this Galleria home has a wide open floor plan with tall ceilings. You are minutes from everything people love to do. I love to eat so I'm in heaven! Perfectly located to all high-end or moderately priced restaurants, late night spots, shopping and transportation. It's a great set up for multiple families or large group travelers. Long term leasing available.

What makes this property unique

I stay in the community as well. I am available if someone needs something or has any issues or problems. I will be as hands on as needed or hands off if necessary. Fenced in backyard and pet friendly. I am open to any and all questions, suggestions, and requests.
