Cozy east side bungalo
13 minutes to downtown!! My place is close lots of restaurants and bars. The sofa couch in the living room has a Tempurpedic mattress. There is a master bedroom with an en suite bathroom and two additional bedrooms that share a full bath. All beds are new. My place has a fully stocked kitchen. Netflix and Amazon are available. I have a large driveway with plenty of parking and a one car garage. The entire front and back of property is gated.
