The place was very cozy and the host was very helpful as well as polite. My favorite part was the little amenities like things that people tend to forget. Super clean and attended to. Greatly appreciated the host. Great stay!

Excellent stay

We were very happy with the house. It had everything we needed, comfortable beds, and the check in process was smooth. We found the ad and pictures to be just as described, no surprises. It was a great location on a quiet street, with quick access to the airport. We would definitely stay again with no hesitation.

Overall it was a good stay. Location is great for what we were in town for. The only issue we had was a very strong chemical odor throughout the apartment. Unfortunately, I am very sensitive to odors and ended up with headaches each night.

The kitchen faucet handle came off and did not know if it was cold or hot water. Also the bathroom light did not always turned off. Otherwise we had a great stay. Also the front deck rail is loose and if you lean forward it moves very dangerous.

Everything is very nice but two items of note: the back bedroom curtains are as effective as tissue paper and the property is up a flight of stairs which can be a bit complicated with luggage/strollers

Convenient and spacious

This rental is accessibly located and very reasonably priced for the amount of space it offers! We really enjoyed our stay here, as well as the quiet surroundings. Communication with Property Management was great; they were quick to respond and very helpful, which made this a seamless experience from beginning to end. My one nitpick is that it could use a thorough cleaning (including the furniture in the living room). Otherwise, this was a great place to stay during our visit!

Great location

The place is great for what we were doing. We mostly stayed south of the river and near Lamar and Congress Ave. overall it suited our needs. We did lose the Wi-Fi for a day but it was only an issue in the evening. The owners did get this fixed.

If you are looking for a great property with very nice accommodations, this is the place you need.

First, the property owners/managers were EXTREMELY quick with their replies. They were incredibly welcoming and you get the sense that they truly want your stay to be comfortable and enjoyable. The property was clean, well maintained and stocked with everything you'd need for a weekend get away or longer! The location was amazing! Close to everything, with easy access to just about anywhere. The neighborhood was incredibly quiet and peaceful. And I can only imagine how beautiful it is around there during the green months. Even super close to the highway and we heard NO highway noise. I have saved this location as a favorite for if/when I ever return to Austin. It would be the FIRST place I'd want to stay.

Comfortable duplex on a quiet street

We stayed 2 months and this property worked very well for us. The beds are comfortable and the main living area gets a lot of natural light. Communication with Mashid was excellent. The pictures on the listing don't show the nice covered patio in the back which we enjoyed. Also this is a duplex not a house and there are about 14 stairs up to the front door which wasn't an issue but important if anyone is trying to book a one level house. The unit was well equipped and we also enjoyed how quiet it was since it's at the end of a cul-de-sac but still a quick drive to everything we needed.

Would stay here again

This was very much as it was described/pictured in listing. Convenient location, quiet. All good. Very functional and comfortable. Cleanliness was good, not great. All in all, however, it met expectations and we would stay here again.

Disappointed

The inside of the property is very clean and modern. The outside leaves a lot to be desired, quite unkempt. Our problem with the property is two-fold. One, we had no control over the thermostat and we were hot and it did not cool down. Second, I searched for a house or cabin. This is a duplex. Not the same to me. Because of the temperature, we could not stay even one night. We asked for a partial refund, but have not received anything.

It's really easy to set the temperature and we would be more than happy to show you how to adjust if you asked us. Great Location!

Came into town for a wedding. So close to SoCo & South Lamar, just a ~20 min drive to the Capitol. Easy access to the home, complete with an included parking spot. Beautiful surrounding area- we enjoyed the front balcony. The VRBO was well-furnished and comfortable, and there was plenty of hot water and clean towels for all of us. The showers and bathrooms were on the smaller side. Cleaning service missed some things left by prior guests, but the home was relatively clean. The bed was very comfortable and the house got nice and cool at night. Overall, we had a comfortable stay and would rent this place again!

Great property with one very minor flaw

The condo was in great shape, very clean and the bedrooms are spacious. What’s not pictured in the booking is a cool patio in the back to hang out in. The beds are comfy and the location is in a great spot. The only negative I have is that the tv in the living room does not have cable and needs a pin to install/log into any streaming service. We couldn’t even log into our own Netflix accounts to just get something playing on the tv. We were in town for a wedding and trying to watch/listen to college football while we got ready. We ended up just watching it on our iPad. In fairness, this was not a huge issue an we didn’t reach out to the owner who was very helpful and courteous during every conversation we had. Since we had our iPad we could keep up with the games we didn’t feel it to be necessary to trouble the owner about the tv. In all I’d give it a 4.9 out of 5 stars and would definitely stay here again if we come in town again.

Perfect Location to Downtown

Was in town for a few days for a trade show at the convention center. This condo was perfect right between airport and down town with simple check in and check out. Condo was quiet clean and well stocked with everything we needed for the week. Highly recommend this property to anyone visiting the area. Great experience!!

This property was the perfect location for me in Austin. Less than 10 min from Barton Creek. The place was spotless and the owners made sure my special requests were taken care of. I would definitely stay here again.

Great Communication

If I were rating this property on the building alone, it would be 3/5, but the hosts' communication was so amazing that it made up for some of the issues we faced! The property seems to be an older-built structure and the hosts have done a fairly good job with what they have to work with. That said, the floors are not level - noticeably so - and it was distracting and could be a hazard for some, depending on mobility. The kitchen did not have an adequate amount of dishes, in our opinion, especially given the quasi-pandemic situation and our inclination to eat in. The hallway bathroom had hot water issues. The main bathroom had no issues with producing hot water, but we could not get hot water to come out of the hallway shower. Our final issue was with pillows - there was a sufficient number of pillows, but not a variety of pillow thicknesses/densities. The pillows were all very thick and firm - great for side sleepers, but back and stomach sleepers won't have many options for comfortable sleeping. Again, the issues discussed with the host - namely the hot water - were acknowledged and handled extremely quickly.

Great location

Great location in Austin. Four adults stayed comfortably. Take a small flashlight to use in the master bath if you're prone to getting up in the middle of the night. The bathroom light controls the bathroom, closet and vanity and is pretty bright. Appreciated the electric tea pot and the coffee but you can't do both and make toast as there is only one outlet. Very cozy for a property that is older. Host was readily available and was open to a couple of suggestions.
