Kismet is a gem

Comfortable, charming home away from home. It was just right for us. The location is perfect. A beautifully quiet yard with a lovely view of the lighthouse. Very close to the beach and the restaurants. Rebecca is sweet and made sure we had all that we needed. Kismet is a perfect place to get away from it all !

Magical getaway

Perfect getaway from NYC. A few friends and I visited in late September. Rebecca was a fantastic host, easy to communicate with and available. The house is small and cute, perfect for a relaxing trip. Amazing balcony for doing morning yoga, super comfortable couch, and we loved that there is no TV. The location is great, easy access to the ferry and magical remote feeling since it's the last house before the nature preserve. Hope to make it back soon!!

Beautiful house + welcoming and helpful host

Rebecca's house is beautiful and in an excellent location. The house gets tons of natural light and with the windows open the breeze is so nice that AC is not needed (the house still has it though!). The back porch is lovely and has a stunning view of a nature preserve and the Fire Island lighthouse. Like most properties on Fire Island, it's just a short walk to both the beach and the bay. Plus it's walking distance to Saltaire Market, which I understand is the best grocery store on the island. Best of all, Rebecca was a kind and helpful host and was quick to respond to questions during our stay. Highly recommend!

Excellent location

We had a wonderful time at Rebecca's property. We particularly enjoyed sitting on the upper deck and watching the sky. The house is close to both the beach and town on a beautiful street. We loved it!
