You are welcome in my apartment ! It is ideally situated quite in the town center of Annecy. Therefore you will be able to reach easily in a few minutes walk the main tourist attractions. For instance, within a 2 minute walk, you will reach the train and bus station, in a 5 minute walk the charming old city, its market, castle and old prison and in 8 minutes you will discover the wonderful lake of Annecy, one of the purest of Europe where you can either swim or sail with the several existing cruises. Everything can be done by foot or using the public means of transport, scooters or bikes. If you arrive by car, an external secure parking place, reachable within a 5 minute walk from the flat, is available for you.

In the apartment, everything has been thought to make sure you will be confortable. It has been fully renewed and equipped (smart TV, free internet, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge and freezer, oven and microwave, and even tee, coffee (nespresso machine), sugar, oil, salt, pepper and spices. You will spend wonderfull nights in the brandly new bed (for 2 persons) in this independant romantic bedroom with a large dressing. In the living room, a new convertible sofa will welcome two other persons if necessary. In the bathroom, you can have your shower while listening to the integrated radio.

I will be available during your whole stay to answer your questions, to give you some advice. Native from Annecy, I know perfectly well this amazing town and hope you will enjoy Annecy as much as I do !

Séjour de 2 semaines juin/juillet

Juin est la période idéale car les touristes sont en nombre raisonnable. Beaucoup de points positifs pour cet appartement (propreté, belle déco, situation centrale pour découvrir la ville, proximité de 2 supérettes et marché accessible à pieds, amabilité de l hôte) Nous avons moins apprécié le manque de confort de la banquette du séjour aux coussins mal fixés ( seul siège avec dossier) et la complexité de l accès au parking. Nous garderons malgré tout un très bon souvenir de notre séjour.

Lovely Annecy Stay

Apartment was lovely, had everything you would need. Secure parking was a bonus for us, max car height is 1.85m so be aware.Location is great, few mins walk from bus/train station and 5 mins of the lovely old town with the canals and so many restaurants and bars to choose from.Our visit co-insided with a hot spell of weather, there was no air-con but a fan was provided to try and help and windows can be fully opened as well.

Absolutely beautiful apartment, well equipped in the perfect location to enjoy the wonderful town of Annecy. Marie-Lin is an excellent communicator with perfect English, so I highly recommend visiting, and would stay here again if we returned.

Ideal Location

We spent five nights in this host's tastefully-decorated and efficient apartment, located, as advertised, within steps of a portal into Annecy's quaint and wonderful old town. It's a small but busy city so parking is a challenge. Luckily, this apartment comes with a nearby private and secure assigned parking space. We were able to walk everywhere. Communication with host Marie-Line was excellent.

Thoroughly Enjoyable Stay

Was our second time in Annecy and first time renting an apartment. We were very pleased with the location as it was close to the train station and there were grocery stores and a bakery a short walk away. The apartment was clean and very well equipped for our needs. Marie-Line made sure we got in the building without any problems. The building also has a lift if you have a lot of luggage. If we come to Annecy again, we will stay here.

L'échappée belle

Un super lieu de vacances où l'échappée belle offre un pied à terre proche de la vieille ville et du lac, au calme avec une boulangerie proche. Très bonne communication avec l'hôte, réactivité et attention pour ses locataires. Location fidèle à l'annonce. A retenir pour le futur!

Excellent emplacement.

Un bon séjour a Annecy dans un studio a proximité de tout et du centre ville. Les voiture est devenue inutile hormis pour les courses et les sorties hors Annecy. A souligner le réactivité des propriétaires aux différentes interrogations et la procédure très simple d’arrivée.

Bel appartement, très bien situé. Possibilité de faire beaucoup de choses à pieds, ce qui est appréciable. Arrivée autonome et la communication avec Marie-Line s’est très bien passée. Juste un petit bémol concernant les chaises (tabourets) pour manger ; pas pratique avec des enfants mais sinon tout était super.

Nice, clean and convenient location

The appartment was really nice, modern, clean and complete. Not too big, but perfect to stay with my friend to visit the beautiful town. It has a bedroom with double bed, and a kitchen/living room with a sofa-bed. The street can be a bit noisy at times, but the windows are isolated very well, so when closed you can block out any noise. Really close to the trainstation, and less than 5 minute walk to the old center, 10 minute walk to the park at the lake. Very friendly owner, communication via messages went smooth and everything was really clear. Would stay here again!

Séjour super agréable

Annecy propose de multiples activités: marche dans les environs, vélo, visite de sites, marchés, vieille ville, activités nautiques ... C'est la 2ième fois que nous venons cette année dans cet appartement qui est confortable et bien situé à 5 mn de la vieille ville. Nous avons réservé à nouveau pour début octobre.

Appartement agréable et bien placé

L'appartement est parfait et à 5 minutes à pied de la vieille ville où il est bon de flâner avec beaucoup de commerces et de restaurants. Le Lac est à 8 mn à pied. La voiture est garée sur la place de parking fermé à proximité. Nous y retournons dans 2 mois ...
