Les Rêveries-beautiful apartment in the heart of the historic center

Nice apartment of 50m² completely renovated including:
1 entrance with beautiful fully equipped American kitchen: dishwasher, ceramic hob, fridge with freezer compartment, multifunction oven, stone worktop, the kitchen is lit by a window and a French window opening onto an interior balcony
1 corridor serving in order: toilets (separated from the bathroom), a bathroom with shower cubicle, heated towel rail, hair dryer and a bedroom, the corridor then leads to a large living room of 25 m² with exposed stone walls, flat screen TV, a sofa easily convertible into a comfortable bed for 2 people, a pretty dining area, a double glazed French door again gives access to the bedroom equipped with a queen bed 160x200.

All rooms have blackout curtains or blinds, perfect for a restful sleep

The apartment is located in the historic center, in a quiet pedestrian street. The lake is close by. The district is lively with many restaurants and you can stroll along the streets and the quays of the Thiou canal to discover the city and its attractions. A beautiful food market takes place 3 times a week in the neighborhood and a flea market takes place in the old quarters every last Saturday of the month. In addition to all this, water activities (beach, swimming, boating) and numerous hikes in the surrounding mountains will keep your leisure time occupied.

It was a wonderful place to stay, but there were a lot of stairs. If you are 40 or under I would suggest staying here, but if you are older, the stairs are too difficult.

This place was perfect. I had wanted to go to Annecy for years and finally came for my 50th. The apartment was right in the middle of old town and the market and tons of action. It was also quiet at night. The place is bigger than it looks and was great for myself, my husband and our two teenage boys. We will definitely stay here again!

I gave lakefront a 1 star because it was not on the lake nor did we rent it thinking it was on the lake so PLEASE don’t count the 1 star in the rating. The apartment was charming and ideally located for us. It was really charming and we appreciated the cleanliness. . The stairs were a bit challenging, but we were aware of that before we booked it. The parking garage around the corner was very convenient. There are lots of restaurants nearby so we could walk to dinner at night. The bed was VERY comfortable! I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone wishing to stay in the Old Town Annecy.

Loved this place. Self check-in was easy, and the place has lots of charm. It’s also spic ‘n span clean. Great location, and I also had a chance to meet the owner, Dominique, who is very nice. Planning to book this apartment again next year.

Great apartment backing up to the canal

Perfect space in a perfect location.

This was our favorite place to stay on our trip. The apartment had everything we needed and more. The location was perfect. Beautiful apartment in a beautiful city

The property was truly amazing. Perfect central location in the city, with quick access to all Annecy had to offer. The apartment itself was fantastic, spacious living space with a cozy feel. Our only issue was the hot weather, but the apartment had several fans available that helped keep it cool. I would highly recommend to anyone planning to stay in Annecy.

Excellent Stay in Annecy

This was a nifty little apartment. The location couldn’t be beat. It was a bit of a climb to get to the third floor but we didn’t have a lot of luggage so it was fine. There was a school of music across the street so we constantly heard music from 9AM-9PM - some of it quite good, some of it quite bad. The place was clean and well furnished. I would recommend it for a stay in beautiful Annecy.

Short stay in Annecy

The apartment is amazing! Right in the centre of the old town, it has real character. It has a small kitchen with everything you need, a lovely sitting room with views over the cathedral, and a very comfortable sofa bed. The bedroom was also fine. Great location. Short walk to the train/bus station. Building with lots of character. Pleasant and charming host. 3 flights of stairs, but don't let that stop you. The building is old, but the apartment is updated nicely. Even the stairs are charming in this old building. And you will love Annecy.

Perfect French Vacation in the heart of Annecy

We had an amazing 4 nights in the apartment! The host Dominique was so gracious and helpful and easy to communicate with. She answered all our questions and also provided lots of information on the local area, restaurants, things to do, etc. The apartment is finished to a high standard, with great water pressure and plenty of hot water for our family of three. We loved having the windows open to hear the music school across the way and have the smell of the bakeries coming in. The town looks like something out of a fairytale! The bike trail is wonderful and we rented bikes for the day and enjoyed a ride around the lake. Just perfection!

Fabulous apartment

My husband and I stayed in the apartment late May 2015 and absolutely loved it. It is beautiful, well appointed, spotlessly clean and the bed and lounge very comfortable. It is ideally situated to take advantage of the markets, restaurants, beautiful Lake Annecy and the gorgeous village. We found the apartment very quiet and peaceful. We had everything we needed and Dominique, the owner, was so welcoming and helpful right from the first email contact until the morning of our departure. We particularly appreciated her help with organising a parking sticker for us. We hope to be able to stay here again. Next time we wouldn't bother with a car as the train station is close by and everything you need is at your finger tips. Simply wonderful. Great Stay in Carcassonne! Le Voltaire was Excellent

Loved our stay in Carcassonne at this spacious, clean and quiet apartment! The location to everything is great! My wife & I for the state of Oregon-USA were on a 30 day driving tour of France. We stayed 2 nights. Very comfortable bed, windows that opened for wonderful September air & a very modern nicely remodeled apartment. You can easily walk to La Cite & the Castle. Book online the castle tour to save time-go early. We walked the castle in the evening and during the day. This property is an easy walk from the train station too. We enjoyed exploring the area, a wonderful square with shops, grocery and restaurants close by. Loved the wine & kitchen shop in the square. One restaurant we strongly recommend is Brasserie a 4 Temps-5 minute walk from the apartment. We had an amazing 3 course lunch. Dinner-make a reservation. We had a car which we parked right across from the church square at a very reasonable cost. Get the parking app. Dominique was great with communication and support. We had 3 large bags we hauled up the stairs so either pack light or haul bags-we're in our early 60's. We would definitely stay here again. Merci Beaucoup!
