Located on the 3rd floor, this 1-bedroom condo has sleek features such as granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a king-sized bed. The cool colored wall palette will draw you straight to the private balcony overlooking the sparking emerald waters of the Gulf. Have a little fun in the sun, get sand between your toes, and enjoy what beachfront living is all about!

Located in Seagrove Beach in an quiet community of Eastern Lake, you'll feel tucked away but rest assured you'll be minutes away from all the dining, entertainment, and shopping options that 30A has to offer. Enjoy exploring all the unique beach communities of South Walton. With miles and miles of bike trails and nature trails, it's easy to see why so many people fall in love with 30A.

Your stay at Leeward I Unit 8 comes with Xplorie’s best activities! one ticket per day, per activity! (over $800 in nightly value) Tee off at Emerald Bay or Regatta Bay, zip through Baytowne Adventure Zone, and sail on the Sea Blaster Dolphin Cruise. Enjoy Big Kahuna’s Water Park, Black Light Mini Golf, and scenic bike rides with complimentary rentals. Explore 30A with ease and adventure!

A Benchmark welcome bag and initial starter kit of amenities are provided for all guests. For the kitchen this includes: 1 roll of paper towels, 1 dish sponge, 1 dish soap, 2 dishwasher pods, and 1 liner for each trashcan. For each bathroom it includes: 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 set of soap/body wash/shampoo/conditioner/lotion. For towels you will receive: 1 body towel/1 washcloth per guest and 2 hand towels per bathroom, plus 2 washing machine pods.

The unit was just as advertised, perfect for my wife and I. Spectaular views in a beautiful area off of 30A. Definitely will be back at this condo. Communication was excellent from the time we rented until our exit from the property.

Awesome beach vacation!

It was a great way to celebrate our 30th anniversary! The owners always responded very quickly and helped us out several times. The views were amazing and so relaxing!

Perfect Location

I highly recommend the location of this condo right on the beach! We were able to walk right out and enjoy the beach. I reserved and rented beach chairs and an umbrella for the week as these are not included with the condo. In my opinion, this condo needs some TLC and updating, such as the bathroom, sofa and rug in living room definitely need replaced. There are no privacy drapes or blinds in the living area windows and sliding door. We did not let this interfere with our stay but for the price, I will look for a more updated condo in this area in the future.

Great place

The place is great but if you do have any issue I would hate to try and get in touch with property management. The Internet went down when we were there, called and just got a VM. Left and never heard back. I would hate to see what would happen if I was locked out or the key didn't work. The Internet speed is max 4mbps so like dial up speed.

Beautiful view …great private beach

Our stay was great. The property is off the main road and away from the chaos. Love the ocean views and great private beach area. The kitchen could use some additional cooking supplies, such as additional cups, plates, and a bread knife, but otherwise such a lovely experience.

From the deck to the beach it could not have been more perfect. Probably time for a new bed, but we slept very well regardless.

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: None of the TV's in the condo are working. We were later informed that this was known by management. Later, our beach access Fobs and access codes stopped working. We again notified management. No one came out to address or fix that issue. Then, after emailing the company to inform them of these issues, the management company told us we broke rules by going around the locked gate that our broken fobs couldn't open. This unit needs updated TV that work and a management company that actually fixed issues.

Great location

We totally enjoyed our stay and being right on the beach is a bonus. The only thing we would suggest is a new mattress in this unit. There are two sunken areas where people sleep. Definitely needs an upgrade. Thanks, S.B.

Fun get away, Beautiful View of the Beach

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The view from the living room and balcony was amazing. Beautiful sunrises. The unit was very clean. It was a quiet neighborhood. If you are and older couple, you mike consider a ground floor unit. Carry everything up 3 flights of stairs could be a challenge. The only negative comment I have about the unit is, "the sofa cover needs to be cleaned".

Reviews online said this beach is laid back and would be a great honeymoon getaway. I drove hours from the keys here for my 2nd week of vacation and immediately turned around and drove all the way back after seeing how chaotic and busy the 30A is. I won’t be staying in this part of Florida again. Condo was beautiful though.

Great Condo

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This rental was very clean and comfortable. We didn't mind the stairs and beach access was easy. The only negative is it isn't keyless entry. We asked if we needed to pick up a key @ the office and the lady said no just need the code. When we got there that wasn't the case. We had to get back out and go to the office to pick up a key. Everything was great and we would rent again.

Perfect location, some issues

We’ve stayed in Leeward I and Leeward II many times as it’s our favorite location on 30A. This condo was nice, however the bed is hard as a rock, the refrigerator hardly cooled, and the freezer didn’t work at all. I contacted the management and we were told there would send someone that day and no one ever showed up or the following day.

Great Location & View

The condo was nice and as shown in the photos. View and location were excellent. Ease of access to the beach, was great. The biggest issue we had was the lack of response from the property management company. Upon arrival refrigerator/ freezer not working. Had to use a cooler and ice. Several notifications to property manager, no repairman ever showed up and management company would not follow backup with us. Luckily refrigerator started cooling enough after the 4th day and we were able to us. Despite refrigerator issue, we enjoyed the condo and had a great week.

Enjoyed Our Stay

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Location, location, location! The location was ideal being beach front. We enjoyed our view from the balcony and having private beach access. Upon arrive, the unit was very clean. There are a few things that could be changed to improve the experience: 1. Change out toilet seat. It looked very worn and gross depict the unit being cleaned thoroughly. 2. Keyless entry would be ideal. The door knob was extremely difficult to lock and unlock, not to mention worrying about keeping up with the 1 key.

Great View

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We always stay in 1 of the 3 condo complexes on Eastern Lake, and it is like our 2nd home. We love the views and the area. Condo has the best view of course. In this specific condo tho, there were a few things that needed to be upgraded or changed, especially when you are paying almost $500 a night. -the blender was broken-kitchen cabinet doors were broken-limited and old kitchen supplies compared to other condos- for 2 people for 4 nights, you need to offer more wash cloths and towels. We had to wash them every day. Thankful we brought our laundry detergent since we only had 1 pod from Benchmark. - no kitchen dish towel or paper towels (even tho they said they would provide it) For that price point, it should be a 5 star rating.
