About this property

Beautiful view overlooking the Gulf of Mexico, #A14

A master king bedroom with a private full bath. 2 bunks built in the hallway for kids. A queen sofa sleeper in the living area. An additional full bath for guests. Relax and enjoy cool breezes and beautiful sunsets on this 3rd floor condo over looking the gulf from you balcony with table/chairs and a lounger. The kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances and a variety of spices for your cooking enjoyment. There is a large selection of books while laying on the beach soaking up the sun. Chair and umbrella rentals available directly on the beach from the private and gated beach access for the palms. There is a pool available and a nice family grilling area located adjacent to it. No Cleaning fees, I live close by and clean it myself:) Just an FYI this is a 3rd floor (top) condo that has steps. We do not have elevators.

My husband and I had a lovely stay at this condo. The view from the balcony AND even the living area was absolutely jaw-dropping! The condo was very comfortable, and the kitchen had some extra staples which was certainly a plus.We loved our stay!

The location and view were the best things about this place, as well as Teri’s communication. However, we can’t figure out why so many people gave a 10 rating. It is misrepresented on Vrbo. We were scheduled to stay 4 weeks but left after 3 due to lack of cleanliness and maintenance issues. We contacted Teri about two issues and she was good about getting a resolution. We didn’t tell her about every issue because we’re the type of people who try to make the best of things. Just know that the condo(and the whole complex) are outdated and need maintenance. When you spend money to stay somewhere you expect things to be clean and to operate properly. We saw a lot of dust and also mold in bedroom window. The couch had stains so we moved bedroom chair into living area to use. Also, it would have been very nice to have info at the condo about communal pool, emergency #s, beach chair rentals etc…. We didn’t want to text Teri each time we had a question/problem even though she offered up her cell #. We’ve used Vrbo a bunch but we’re done after this experience.

Love 30A and The Palms

This condo is amazing! Beautiful view, very clean and the host was available if we needed. You do have to climb two flights of stairs to get to the third level condo but the view of the Gulf make it so worth it. We will stay again!

This property is all about the beautiful view of the Gulf, which is why we rented it. The kitchen and living room really need updating. The TV is very small and dated, and the sofa, the kitchen appliances, and the piecemeal glassware all need an upgrade. The property’s grounds are manicured and lovely, with great beach access, so if older interior decor doesn’t bother you, you should be fine. There is also construction very close by (next door), so there’s some noise related to that. The pool is small but refreshing.

I love the location, the scenery, and the proximity to the beach. This is a great property overall. It may be about timer to get a new mattress, but it's still worth the stay.

We loved staying here. Beautiful ocean views, great communication! The master bed was super comfy! The stairs to the beach weren’t bad, and the pool was never crowded! We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Easter Beach Visit

This condo is very nice, clean and excellent location. We enjoyed or visit to the beach and the sunrise Easter service on the beach at Seaside. The condo and grounds are well maintained, and you couldn't ask for a better view from the balcony, palm trees and beach. I definitely recommend this condo and hope to stay here again.
