Hosted by MarianneAsk a question
We fell in love with this amazing property in 2016 and are thrilled to call this our home. We’ve been slowly restoring the natural habitats, original structures and horse facilities and we love sharing our Valley with everyone who values tranquility and wildlife. As on property owners/managers we can quickly respond to guests requests.
Why Marianne chose Ventura County
This is a unique opportunity to relax in over a hundred acres of wildlife, just minutes from Ventura, Ojai, and Santa Paula. We offer rustic luxury and all the support for quick getaways to extended retreats. On site owners are responsive and helpful.
What makes this Cottage unique
As soon as you cross the wooden bridge you’ll hear the birds, and feel the tranquility that makes everyone fall in love with the Ranch. Settled in the early 1900s by a walnut and apricot farmer, some of the original buildings are still in use. The canyon is alive with wildlife and depending on the season you visit you may see quail, deer, barn owls, hawks , coyotes and bobcats.
