All of our units are managed and maintained by the resort. Upon arrival, guests will check-in at the resort’s front desk using their resort confirmation # just as if they had booked directly through the resort. Full access to the resort’s services and amenities are included with every reservation.

I offer rentals from a min. of 5 days up to a max. of 2 months and can reserve a year in advance at the Ka'anapali Beach Club. (Please note that for most dates I only have WEEKS 7 NIGHT STAYS). KBC is a ocean front resort featuring 1 bed room villa suites. The resort sits directly on world famous Ka'anapali Beach. BBQ grills and picnic tables are located on site.
Offering you the best of both worlds: the comfort and service of a fine hotel combined with the independence and easy living of a condo. In every suite the living room has a full-sized sofa bed and an entertainment center with 35' color TV, VCR, and AM/FM radio. The luxury bath includes an over sized soaking tub, separate shower, and his and hers vanities. And the kitchenette is designed for convenience and function with a microwave, sink, dishwasher and refrigerator. Additional suite amenities include two telephones in every suite, and voice messaging. The resort features beautiful tropical gardens, and relaxing waterfalls. And the one-acre pool with water slide is something your whole family is sure to enjoy.

The living area has a full sized sofa bed, and entertainment center with TV,DVD player, and radio. There is a dining table with chairs. The kitchenette features a snack bar, has a full size refrigerator, microwave,dishwasher, sink, and all dishes and utensils.

The large luxury bath features a over sized tub, separate shower, private commode, 2 separate vanities with sinks, and a closet. The bedroom features a king size bed, desk area, and TV.

There are several restaurants on site. A shopping center is located 1 block away with grocery store, more restaurants, video store, and more. A bus stop, located at the corner of the resort, will take you anywhere around the island.

This place was great! Rooms need a broom and more towels but other than that it was a good room. Kids loved the pool and the beach. Beach was small but was nice. Beach did have a current but it didn’t bother us. Staff was super nice and helpful and responded very quickly to our questions/needs.

A little piece of Heaven

Everything about the stay was fabulous. The Condo was spacious and clean. The Grounds of the condo was beautiful and the guest help was exceptional service very friendly. Whale watching was my favorite and the ocean is shallow enough to swim in. I would highly recommend staying here to anyone.😊😎

The property is well maintained but the rooms could use a refresh- sofas were well worn and the area rug needed a cleaning. The kitchen had no stove or oven which wasn't identifiable in the pictures. The workers were very nice.

Nice family oriented property, with a beautiful pool

This was a nice property. The only problem was that apparently the VRBO owner needs to do something before check-in to change the property to your name. when I checked in after a long flight and lots of stress getting there, they had a hard time finding my reservation. It was not listed under my name, but still the property owner. Diamond Resorts manages the property.

We had a wonderful stay at the Kaanapali Beach Club. The resort offers many amenities and an awesome pool. Location close to Kaanapali but provides some distance from larger hotels. Restaurants, grocery stores, coffee shop, shopping and beaches nearby. Deb and Kevin very responsive and answered all questions quickly. No issues with booking and stay.

The Kaannapoli Beach condo was fantastic

The Kaannapoli Beach condo was fantastic! The condo is spacious and very large. It is clean and well stocked. The amenities are wonderful and include a huge pool. Gym, a free washer & dryer in each section, a small store for all the things you need or forgot, and of course the beach. The location is ideal as you are on the north end of Kaannapoli and away from the swarm of hotels south of you. There is a coffee shop. fish market, two grocery stores, 10 good food trucks next door, and 7 amazing beaches within 10 minutes. Deb and Kevin are so responsive and easy to work with (didn't need to once there as everything was perfect)
