Renovated villa with garden between lake and ocean

This recently renovated duplex patio villa is the ideal place for a holiday with family or friends. Equipped with all modern comforts, it offers a convenient base just steps from the wide beaches of Hossegor and minutes from the town center. With no overlooking neighbors, it enjoys a peaceful and ideal location. Facing the dunes near La Gravière beach, it benefits from direct access to the cycle path. Enjoy long bike rides along the Landes dunes. You can also reach the lake and the town center in just ten minutes. Furthermore, the famous La Centrale beach, with its bars and restaurants, is only 1 km away. The living area comprises a functional and fully equipped kitchen and a lounge area. The adjoining furnished terrace is equipped with everything you need for summer evenings, including a barbecue for those who enjoy it. On the ground floor, a first double bedroom with access to the garden is furnished with a queen-size bed and a large wardrobe. On the same level, at the end of the hallway, is a first bathroom with a walk-in shower, washing machine, and single sink, as well as a separate toilet. Upstairs, there is a second bathroom identical to the first, and two attic bedrooms: a second double bedroom with a 140x190cm bed (and a cot), and a third bedroom with four single beds and storage. The accommodation is equipped with Wi-Fi and a television, useful in case of rain. ;) Free and secure parking is also available for hassle-free parking, even during peak periods.
Bed linen and towels are provided. All you have to do is unpack and relax.
END-OF-STAY CLEANING
End-of-stay cleaning is included in the booking. However, this is a standard cleaning. If the accommodation is returned in a condition requiring more thorough cleaning, a €60 cleaning fee will be charged.

PARKING: Parking spaces within the residence are assigned to specific individuals. We ask that you park only one vehicle.
ARRIVAL
You will be greeted in person on your arrival day whenever possible.
If our arrival times are not compatible, a key box is available; details will be sent on the morning of your arrival.
